This one-bedroom unit, oceanfront property is perfect for a romantic getaway, or a weekend of adventure. Virginia Beach has it all - sandy beach, adventure, culture, dining, and history. You are within walking distance of popular restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Enjoy the completely renovated, heated indoor pool, and updated exercise equipment. Our hot tub even has a great view which is perfect if the weather is cooler.

Appreciate the fantastic view from your living area or patio overlooking the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. Equipped with a mini kitchen including a full-sized refrigerator, stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, essential cookware, and dishes. Sleep comfortably in your king size bed in a spacious room with plenty of storage. The living area sleeps 2 on a queen sleeper sofa allowing for a maximum of 4 people. Includes linens, towels, and high-speed wireless internet.

We have a strict no-pet and no-smoking policy. A $200 fine will be assessed for anyone having a pet in the unit. You will then be asked to immediately vacate your unit or board your pet. Smoking is not permitted in the units or on the unit balconies.

A refundable deposit of $100 is due at check-in by credit card or cash. Minimum booking age is 21. Please note that this property has a firm check-in time set for 5:00pm. Typically, no early arrivals are allowed, but it's fine to inquire to see we can accommodate you. Thank you for understanding!

We charge a $50 cancel fee if we must refund a deposit to cover credit card processing fees. This policy excludes reservations booked through Airbnb.

Barclay Towers is a fantastic accommodation choice for many reasons. We have a great reputation with many guests making a return stay. This is a timeshare unit and not part of the Barclay Towers hotel. Consequently, breakfast is not included, but this kitchen offers a full-size refrigerator which the hotel units do not have.

Nice and clean room, love the view

Love the view and beach, but next time will make sure no concert on the beach is scheduled! We booked this condo sowe walk on the beach, but could not walk on beach right in front of us, because it closed for set up for a concert, we arrived Monday till Saturday and could not stroll our beach at all was so disappointed

Beautiful view !

View was great. Reserving and check in/out went smoothly. The kitchen was well stocked except no Keurig, so we bought and donated one to the condo. Master bed very comfortable except no top sheet. Fold out bed in living area... well, I felt every spring . Suggest matress topper and fitted sheet for this bed as well!

I think the condo needs a little upgrade but all the condos looked the same. Absolutely perfect spot. Condo was comfortable. Spotless. Kudos to the cleaning crew. Beautiful view. Small patio with table and chairs. Overlooks the boardwalk and the beach. Five minute walk to Chics and Waterford restaurant. Great food. Great service. Uber was easy and perfect for dinners away from the condo. Downtown Norfolk was a twenty minute drive. Concert was a 2O minute drive. Highly recommend. Plenty of parking across the street at no charge. Front desk people were very helpful condo fully equipped
