Two doors from micro brewery/coffee house. 6 Blocks from beautiful Sleepy Eye Lake and trail system. 4 blocks from Family Aquatic Center. 5 Blocks from St. Mary's Catholic Church, most beautiful church in rural Minnesota. 12 miles to New Ulm, Schell's Brewery, festivals, Octoberfest, Heritagefest, Bockfest, etc. Hockey, baseball and softball tournaments. Vintage apartment stuck in the 1950's from the french doored sunroom, to the metal cupboard kitchen, to the claw foot tub. Gorgeous south side sun room with dining nook. Maple floors and beautiful original woodwork. YouTube TV. Antiques, conversation pieces. Enjoy the Lake, the trails, the Family Aquatic Center or a simple reading get away.

Another great stay in this retro downtown Sleepy Eye rental. Mark is a very responsible host. This is my fourth stay at his rentals. The rental is spacious for getaways with the girls or just my husband. Get location for roaming downtown and a great breakfast or later drinks at the Pix. It is quickly becoming my go to when staying in Sleepy Eye!

Great Little Hideaway in the Middle of the City

Very clean and lovely apartment equipped with everything you may need. A good bed and nice bathroom - appear to have many rustic upgrades. Great host and there if you need him, In the heart of Sleepy Eye but still tucked away for privacy. We had a great stay!

except for the stairs, we were very satisfied with the stay. The place was very clean and comfortable and was as it was advertised- very retro. Would recomend for those who have no stairs limitatioins.

Little House Journey

Traveled to Minnesota to visit Little House On The Prairie. Found awesome place to stay in Sleepy Eye. Apartment is awesome. Highly reccomend! Coffee shop is good too. Drive to Walnut Grove is easy. No complaints.. Go to Sleepy Eye Baseball Park. Babe Ruth was there in 1922.

Located In the heart of uptown Sleepy Eye

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was central to everywhere we wanted to visit. We enjoyed lovely weather and most locations were within walking distance of our lovely little apartment. The only downside was the road construction and the construction of the Pix expansion directly beneath us. The sounds of equipment being used woke us at 5:45 a.m. one morning as the crew were finishing for the evening and was the reason I gave a 4 star rating rather than 5. The expansion to the Pix will be a great addition once it is completed. We hope to return!
