Located 10 minutes walk from the historic center of Uzès, this architect-designed villa, on one level, offers superb spaces open onto a very large garden (3800m2). Without any opposite, different terraces and a magnificent pool house offer moments of exceptional relaxation.
The main house of 250m2 offers a huge living room with very high ceilings and very bright, with living room, dining room, billiards, fireplace, library area and small office on the mezzanine, a modern and very well equipped kitchen, 1 master bedroom with bathroom / shower, WC and 3 bedrooms with a bathroom / shower, 2 WCs and a large utility room.
An independent Mazet accommodates a double or twin room, a kitchenette, shower and separate toilet.
An independent dormitory for 4 to 6 people with shower and WC.
A superb Californian-style pool area offers a well-equipped pool house with dishwasher, plancha, separate shower and toilet
Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly for long rentals; a pool specialist works every Wednesday to maintain the pool area.

Perfect holiday rental for a group or extended family, in the most beautiful town!

The property was much bigger than expected, with many seperate sleeping areas, at opposite ends of the property, and many communal spaces in the gardens, on terraces and in the house, which meant we all had places to retreat, or gather togther, which was perfect! The pool was amazing, and the grounds very well tended, with lovely herbs and flowers and a resident nightingale! The hosts and managers were all very welcoming and communicative. Uzes is a magical place, I've been coming all my life. Extremely pretty and unspoilt with lots of lovely restaurants and shops, but not too touristy, the surrounding landscape is incredible, and this makes a perfect base!

Just plain, WOW

Many thanks to both the owner and the caretaker. They were available all the way. We were in this house for two weeks and our experience couldn't have been better. When maintenance problems occurred, as they do, Bernaud was there quickly and solved them. When I wanted to know details, Anne, the owner responded quickly. We had a party of 10 and plenty of space for all, and the pool was a tremendous hit. The whole stay was something we'll remember always.

Un séjour extra dans une maison aux grandes dimensions!

Toute la famille réunie avec 4 enfants dont deux bébés, a trouvé l espace nécessaire à chacun. Le parc est magnifique et bien entretenu. Les arbres de grande taille donnent une ombre appréciable ! A deux pas de la place aux herbes d Uzes en voiture, il est toutefois conseillé de se rendre au marché de bonne heure pour éviter les bouchons !

Une semaine idyllique dans une villa particulièrement originale et très agréable à vivre avec un équipement pléthorique Un léger bémol, l'accès à pied à la ville n'est pas très aisé et plus long qu'indiqué, il faut compter un demi-heure en marchand bien. Toutefois nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Magnifique villa

Magnifique Villa que nous avons eu la chance d'occuper en famille pendant une semaine en juillet 2023. 15 personnes dont un bébé, 2 enfants, un ado et un chien. Nous avons toutes et tous passé une merveilleuse semaine. Tout était nickel, le contact avec Virginie et son mari était très facile. Plusieurs terrasse à disposition, un immense jardin et la piscine avec pool-house, le rêve! Seul point négatif qui n'a en rien entraver sur nos vacances, l'équipement de la cuisine (casseroles notamment) n'était pas toujours adapté pour de si grandes tablées. Je recommande vivement cette villa pour des groupes souhaitant profiter de la très belle région d'Uzès.

Très bon séjour entre amis

Super villa très bien agencée et bien placée à l'extérieur du centre d'Uzès au au milieu des champs de coquelicots. Nous étions 9 adultes et 7 enfants et l'espace est tout à fait adapté. Nous n'avons pas trop pu profiter de la piscine à cause du temps mais l'espace piscine et cuisine d'été est très agréable..nous recommandons ce logement!

Beautiful Villa

Unfortunately the reason for not enjoying my stay was that I was taken ill and had to goto hospital which was a major worry for my family who were there with me for a special birthday celebration which in the end didn't take place du to me being poorly The family enjoyed the holiday as best as they could under the circumstances and recommend this lovely villa for a large family gathering in superb surroundings Mrs Sheila Thomas

BON SEJOUR DANS TRES BELLE MAISON

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très belle maison. Nous avons pris tous nos repas dans le coin piscine (magnifique) avec sa cuisine d'été... A noter cependant un ménage approximatif (notamment barbecue vraiment sale) et la déception de ne pas avoir la climatisation comme indiqué dans l'annonce initiale.

Magnifique maison d'architecte

Super séjour dans cette magnifique et vaste maison avec son jardin très agréable. Nous étions un groupe de 15 personnes et tout le monde a dormi très confortablement. La propriétaire est très sympathique et a été très flexible surtout au niveau des horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Merci !
