Located in a quiet environment, less than 2 km from the city center, all amenities and the daily market, near the beaches and Ronce-les-Bains.
The house can accommodate 2 to 4 people.
It has two bedrooms, each with a 160x200 cm bed.
A large bathroom with vanity unit and walk-in shower.
The living room includes a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, comfortable and very bright dining room.
Facilities: free wifi, TV, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, oven, extractor, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, barbecue, garden furniture, Sun...

Sejour agréable et région pleine de bonnes surprises
Maison: trés propre/calme/décoré avec gout/bien équipé/espace extérieur bien entretenu et agréable avec barbecue et belle terasse/salle de bain propre avec grande douche trés appréciable..bonne literie et chambre spacieuse avec de nombreux rangement
Aurélie (hote): souriante/charmante/disponible et réactive.
Le lieu: tous commerces trés proche/balades à vélo/ zoo palmyre et ile oleron a 20 min/ océan a 10 min/ tout le monde trouvera les activités qui lui conviennent...
En résumé: super séjour dans une maison super agréable accueilli par une aurélie souriante et disponible et un lieu qui nous a permis de découvrir une belle région.
On reviendra et on le recommande. Super rapport qualité/prix

Een nieuw en schoon huis met grote tuin. (wij huurden het grote huisje)
Fris interieur, geweldige badkamer! Goede bedden. Rustige buurt. Voldoende te zien en te doen in de omgeving.
Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar.
Keuken mist nog net wat kleine dingen, zoals broodmes, broodplank, scherpe groente- en vleesmessen.
