Wooden house comfortable with parking on fenced in quiet village on the edge of a forest but still close to shops and bike paths. Covering an area of ​​43m2 habitable plus a mezzanine of 8m2 and a covered terrace of 12m2 this house has a dining room-kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed (2 places) with tv screen dish and DVD player, free wireless internet, a bedroom with a double bed 160x200, a bathroom with toilet and a loft for sleeping 2 to 3 people. The main room opens onto the covered terrace for comfort in case of rain. A small garden under the pine trees next to the house and allows relaxation in the sun and barbecue grills.
The city of Mathes-La Palmyre offers a multitude of activities and entertainment. Nature is generous here with great beaches, ocean (5km), but also forest for walks, horse or bike

Ein wirklich sehr schönes und gemütliches Ferienhäuschen mit guter Ausstattung welches ein eigenes kleines Reich bietet, wir waren sehr begeistert. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

What we liked:ACVery cleanWell equipped kitchenVery friendly property ownerNear the beachNicely fenced garden so your dog cannot escape even if he wants to.Lidl close by, about 15 minutes by car.What can be improved:There could be better fly/mosquito nets in the entry / windows to keep them out. (This is more about the flies, there were not many mosquitoes).Beside that honestly not much. The cherry on top would be a crib for infants to sleep in and/or an eating chair for children.We enjoyed our stay there very much.

Worth coming back

Excellent property, equipped with everything what is needed, lovely small garden with decking terrace. Property located in very quiet area in outskirts of the village hence vehicle is needed for easy access to local beaches, markets, shops and many worth seeing places. Very helpful manager, available if necessary but not overbearing. It was our 5th stay in this property but not last, we will definitely come back.

Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben uns in dieser liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und einen tollen, erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Die überdachte Terrasse schützt vor Sonne und Regen, die Wohnung bietet einer vierköpfigen Familie genügend Platz und ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt zu vielen Ausflugszielen oder einfach zum Strand. Das Grundstück mit dem Garten ist von einem Holzzaun umfasst, sodass man wunderbar für sich ist!

un petit coin de paradis

Petite maison très agréable, propre et bien décorée, bien située au calme et avec la clim! (Parfait pour ces chaudes journées.) Le cadre est très joli et l'accueil bien sympathique. Expérience charentaise très réussie, à renouveler. Nos toutous, acceptés, ont également apprécié leur séjour. Merci pour cette belle location que je recommande vivement.
