Wooden house comfortable with parking on fenced in quiet village on the edge of a forest but still close to shops and bike paths. Covering an area of ​​43m2 habitable plus a mezzanine of 8m2 and a covered terrace of 12m2 this house has a dining room-kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed (2 places) with tv screen dish and DVD player, free wireless internet, a bedroom with a double bed 160x200, a bathroom with toilet and a loft for sleeping 2 to 3 people. The main room opens onto the covered terrace for comfort in case of rain. A small garden under the pine trees next to the house and allows relaxation in the sun and barbecue grills.
The city of Mathes-La Palmyre offers a multitude of activities and entertainment. Nature is generous here with great beaches, ocean (5km), but also forest for walks, horse or bike

Sejour très agreable

Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben uns in dieser liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und einen tollen, erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Die überdachte Terrasse schützt vor Sonne und Regen, die Wohnung bietet einer vierköpfigen Familie genügend Platz und ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt zu vielen Ausflugszielen oder einfach zum Strand. Das Grundstück mit dem Garten ist von einem Holzzaun umfasst, sodass man wunderbar für sich ist!

Worth coming back

Excellent property, equipped with everything what is needed, lovely small garden with decking terrace. Property located in very quiet area in outskirts of the village hence vehicle is needed for easy access to local beaches, markets, shops and many worth seeing places. Very helpful manager, available if necessary but not overbearing. It was our 5th stay in this property but not last, we will definitely come back.

un petit coin de paradis

Petite maison très agréable, propre et bien décorée, bien située au calme et avec la clim! (Parfait pour ces chaudes journées.) Le cadre est très joli et l'accueil bien sympathique. Expérience charentaise très réussie, à renouveler. Nos toutous, acceptés, ont également apprécié leur séjour. Merci pour cette belle location que je recommande vivement.

Beau gîte, très pratique, très calme et clôturé!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce gîte équipé d'1 terrasse avec table et chaises à l'abris et dès l'entrée du gite. Le terrain est clôturé et donc parfait si l'on a des enfants ou des animaux de compagnie. L'endroit est très calme de jour comme de nuit et est situé dans une petite rue allant dans la nature. Le gîte est équipé de tout le nécessaire pour vivre confortablement, propre, pratique et à 6/700 mètres à pieds du centre du village. Le lit de la chambre est confortable. David est disponible et réactif en cas de besoin tout en étant discret. Nous conservons cette bonne adresse et la recommandons

Très bon moment de vacances et de repos

Un très bon endroit calme, qui permet de passer un séjour de repos. Le logement est grand, il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et recevoir. Très bonne literie. Si je reviens dans la région je reprendrais cette location.

Very nice quiet place

The manager of the place is approachable and friendly, the venue is very clean. This is excellent holiday place for people who look for a quiet holiday away from the crowd and busy beaches. Car is necessary in order to access nearby beaches and/or restaurants.
