Great stay!

We had a great stay in your house in Planguenoual. The house is big enough for a large family. Also al lovely garden. The only thing you could give some more attention to, are the beds. They are a bit low, small, soft and not large enough. If you know that there are men who are about 2 meters long, they never fit in a 190cm long bed. Also the village is very quiet. But there is a bakery and a supermarket about 100 meters away, so you can get a fresh baguette every morning!

Sejour entre amis avec enfants

La maison est vraiment bien faite, belle repartition des pieces, bien équipée. Je recommande chaudement. Situee a 15 min en voiture de belles plages. Boulangerie/pharmacie et superette de proximitée sont accesseibles a pieds. Parc pour enfant egalement. Nous avons passés un tres bon sejour.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la maison, elle est belle agréable et pratique. Je la recommande vraiment. Nous avons très bien communiqué avec le propriétaire et l’accueil était parfait. La maison est très bien situé, c’est central et au calme.

C'est une maison conviviale et spacieuse. Mes filles ont bien profité de la salle de jeux et du jardin. La verrière est très agréable pour prendre son petit déjeuné. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Idéale pour une famille avec enfants

La maison est ancienne et bien évidement le confort générale est correct mais sans plus. En revanche le grand jardin, la surface de la maison, la salle de jeu pour les enfants ou la cabane dans le jardin sont un vrai +. De plus les amoureux de la cuisine seront ravis en trouvant tout ce qu'il faut pour des repas préparés à la maison.

Maison de vacances idéale pour une grande famille

Maison très agréable

Cette location est idéale pour recevoir 5 adultes et 4 enfants de 3 a 15 ans comme j ai pu le constater cette semaine. La salle de jeux et la cabane extérieur ont été apprécié par mes petits enfants

Maison très spacieuse avec beaucoup de charme et de confort

Un lieu de vacances idéal en famille ou entre amis. Maison où il fait bon séjourner dans un lieu très proche de la mer et de sites extraordinaires : Cap Fréhel, Ile de Bréhat… Le petit plus, le jardin et une véranda originale et spacieuse. Le propriétaire est extrêmement attentif, merci à vous Loic !

Grande maison, très agréable et lumineuse, du charme ; quelques améliorations souhaitables

Nous avons aimé cette maison (et son grand jardin boisé), bien équipée et très agréable à vivre, en particulier avec des enfants. On perçoit que cette jolie demeure 1930 est aussi une maison familiale, et nous nous y sommes tous sentis très bien ! Les espaces du rez de chaussée sont en particulier très conviviaux, et les salles de bains sont très bien rénovées et équipées. Les (petites) améliorations souhaitables concernent le lit double du premier étage (manque de soutien), qu’il serait judicieux de remplacer, les oreillers (trop épais, et de fait inconfortables). Nous suggérons des couettes d’été, celles-ci étant manifestement trop chaudes, même avec les fenêtres ouvertes. Une dernière remarque, notre longue expérience des locations bretonnes nous amène à considérer le prix un peu trop élevé. En effet, à ce tarif, les locations précédentes étaient toutes situées à proximité de la mer, accessible à pied. En résumé, un excellent séjour.
