Newly renovated apartment located just opposite the Giant Casino supermarket and laundry facilities. Parking available (from the supermarket) and 2 restaurants within a minute walk and many others in downtown St. Louis (10 minutes walk). Also right in front of the building, the Tram stop Tram 3 Basel.
The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom is located on the 3rd floor (floor) is available only for guests during their stay.
The apartment has been completely renovated in Dec 2018.
