This property is an amazing location, right on the water and very private! Day trips to Lava Beds, Crater Lake and various hikes were easy to access. The house was comfortable with all amenities provided. A great getaway!

Great location. Owner responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Lake view was wonderful. Enjoyed watching geese, ducks and the large deer family.
The kids loved the outside swing, pool table and nearby parks.
Close to Crater Lake and Lava Beds, so we got to play in the snow and explore caves.
10/10. Raj was great, very responsive the entire time, and my kids had an absolute blast at the property.

Thank you for your kind words of praise Jared. It was a pleasure hosting you. I’m happy that the kids had a blast at the home. I look forward to hosting you again in the future.
Lots of bugs from the lake and there were tons of dead ones in the house even on our arrival at check-in. Thermostat was on a schedule that couldn’t be overrides but that was quickly resolved by the property manager. Nice house and great views of the lake.

Thank you for your kind feedback. The bugs you found in and around the home are the midge fly that we told you about in the contract. They are a nuisance and have been around for centuries. They pretty much get into most houses and businesses. They only have about a 24 hour lifespan(since you can’t get all the live ones, hence you find the dead ones even after housekeeping is done cleaning, I’m sorry about this). They are at their worst during July- September.
The NEST smart learning thermostat automatically learns user patterns and sets its own schedule. Unfortunately I didn’t realize this as we had never set a schedule. I’m routinely monitoring this now however.
I am happy that you enjoyed the home and the views otherwise. Thank you.
The layout of the house is great for large groups. The views of the lake are great, but beware you're not supposed to go in the lake. (Has to do with cyanobacteria which is a toxin.) The house over all was good. There were a few misses that I conveyed to the owner and he said he would pass it on to his cleaning crew.

Dear Guest,
Thank you for your kind feedback. Unfortunately our lake is not swimmer friendly. I have shared your feedback with our cleaning crew. It is always great to get honest feedback as it helps us provide consistent good experience for all our guest. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and look forward to hosting you again in the future.
The house was very nice. The lake was beautiful, we were just a little sad to learn that you cannot swim in the lake due to agricultural run-off, and the fishing was not very good as a result, but not the fault of the property owner. Our group enjoyed the facilities, including the barbecue and the swing out back.
It was an easy check-in process and the host was very hospitable. Thank you for the great place for our family reunion!
We had a wonderful vacation at this house. It had everything we needed for the 8 of us. The views of the lake and mountains were spectacular. The location was great within short driving distance of things to do. Moore Park, hiking, golfing, downtown, etc. Highly recommend.

Very hodgepodge home
The interior of the house was weird. The refrigerator was in the kitchen but the back side faced into the living room. The back of the oven/stove was also partially facing the. Living room. The living room was small but ok. The fireplace only usable if you used a fake log. There was a step down to the back bedroom that was not marked. I fell but caught myself on the adjacent pool table. A close call since I am 80. The house faced directly on the water and we enjoyed seeing all the bird life. We all left a day early. They had many games but they were missing many pieces. I would not recommend this place.
Beautiful lake front house. Perfect for a get-away weekend to enjoy a quiet and an awesome views right in front of your eyes…..No need to go far. It’s a bonus to be able to see the gorgeous sunrise and sunset from just few steps from the house. I definitely would come back again. The host is very prompt with my inquiries. Thank you for giving your guests details about checking in & out. It did help so much as we are not familiar with this area.
The house itself was nice and the lake was beautiful but we were unable to use the backyard or enjoy the lake at all due to all the bugs. It was a pain just to step in and out of the house as we were swarmed by bugs immediately. Outdoor furniture also not cleaned at all. Would not recommend in the summer months for sure.
Very nice, clean and quiet. Beautifully positioned right on the lake with a fantastic view.Much needed getaway for my family and I. Close to a lot of beautiful hikes and natural excursions. The one drawback was all of the bugs, but owner warned us of this well in advance. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
Moore park is very close and boasts incredible hiking. We went to Lake of the Woods as well for water sports and also Crater Lake zip line! Thank you for a great get away!

We stopped here on our way back from Bend to the Bay Area. It was a perfect retreat for a few days. We enjoyed the lake house, Klamath Falls hiking and Moore Park.
