Appartement conforme pour le prix. Positif : le prix et les équipements (lave vaisselle, linge, seche linge....). Proxy juste à cÎté. Négatif : Ménage superficiel, appartement peu occupé et çà se voit. Manque des portes pour les salles de douches. Aucun porte-manteau, repose serviette rudimentaire.

dans l'annonce il n’était pas prĂ©cisĂ© que la location Ă©tait au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage,et qu'il y avait plusieurs locations dans l’immeuble.il devait y avoir une place de parking,mais comme c’était dans la rue,ça a Ă©tait trĂšs complique pour en trouver une.a l’intĂ©rieur il manquait pas mal de choses au niveau cuisine.

TrĂšs bien accueilli Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Appartement dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t et heureusement car pour le reste beaucoup de choses Ă  revoir. DĂ©jĂ  la tĂ©lĂ© n'est pas par satellite comme nommĂ© dans l'annonce ensuite dans chaque piĂšces il y a des prises qui ne fonctionnent pas, des interrupteurs reliĂ©s Ă  rien, la literie est dĂ©plorable, trop peu de vaisselle etc etc. Mon ressenti est que pour encaisser les loyers lĂ  il y a du monde mais pour rĂ©investir il n'y a plus personne. C'est dommage car l'appartement a du potentiel et pourrait ĂȘtre super agrĂ©able.

Appartement Ă  Luzenac

L’appartement est bien, mais la cuisine sous-Ă©quipĂ©e. 1 seule casserole, 1 fait-tout et seulement 7 couverts dans un appart pour 7 personnes c’est trop peu. De mĂȘme, une cafetiĂšre trop petite au vu du nombre de locataires. Un + pour les jeux d’enfants et jeu de carte, c’est sympa d’avoir ça dans la loc. Et c’est agrĂ©able d’ĂȘtre accueille par quelqu’un (et non de trouver les clĂ©s dans un boĂźtier prĂšs de la porte comme ça se fait de plus en plus !).
