Luxury condo on the water, quiet and serene, near famous Clearwater Beach

Large inviting living room, open to dining room and kitchen, with large deck on the water where dolphins play. Large Master Suite offers a king bed and spacious master bath with luxurious Jacuzzi tub and large separate walk-in shower, twin vanities, and access to the deck from the bedroom. Beautiful views from the master bedroom and deck to watch the sun rise. Mini-Suite has on-suite full bath with large walk-in shower and queen bed. Guest bath has shower and tub combination and is accessible from the 3rd bedroom with twin beds and the hallway. There are 4 large flat screen TV's, 60" in living room and one in each bedroom.
Fully furnished kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
Laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer.
Secure parking and elevator lobby with security code entries.
Close to activities: Walk to beach, restaurants, shopping, boat cruises and water sports.
Nightly entertainment and vendors at Pier 60. Restaurants across the street are great for viewing Gulf Coast sunsets.

Excellent place to spend a vacation

We really enjoyed our stay in Vicki's condo. The view of the dolphins off the balcony was a great way to begin and end the day. The condo was very clean and stocked with all of the essentials needed for the week. The location is great and within walking distance of several restaurants and beach access. We enjoyed the beach area across the street at Shephards Resort. Would love to stay here again!

The condo was very spacious. Nice and clean. Easy to contact manager with any questions with quick response great location a little dates with decor. However the crème de la crème was looking out into the harbor off the spacious balcony and seeing dolphins everyday

The best vacation rental!

We were so impressed with this rental overall. It had everything we needed, so much space! And it was so nice having separate bathrooms for everyone in our crew! It’s within walking distance of the beach, and many other local attractions. We had no issues, checking in or checking out and we will definitely be back to stay in the future! We even got to see dolphins off the balcony one morning, which was a huge highlight for us. Would definitely recommend!

This place was awesome!! They had literally everything you need from utensils and even a cooler we used to bring to the beach! The view was beautiful and we seen many dolphins and even a manatee. Super clean place. Vicki was great at getting back to me when I had a question, but never had any problems on our week long stay! Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Awesome Condo!

Everyone in our group of five thought this condo was fantastic! Lots of room for the five of us to spread out and a large balcony patio with an amazing view and comfortable furniture. Comfortable family getaway

Our family loved our week at this spacious property. The view from the living room and master bedroom off the balcony are fantastic! Master bathroom is huge. Vicki was responsive and helpful. Our only disappointment was there were no beach chairs as listed. But the pros far outweighed any cons. We would happily return again.

Perfect vacation condo!

My family and I were visiting Florida for the first time and this condo was perfect! There was plenty of room and it was stocked with everything we needed and more! Vicki was very easy to communicate with and got back to me promptly! The condo is more beautiful in person too! The view off the balcony is stunning, we saw several manatees and even a dolphin! The kitchen is very well stocked, plenty of beach towels and coolers/ bags to take to the beach! The pool was very clean and we loved being able to use that too! We most definitely hope to visit again! Thank you Vicki for everything!

Family vacation

Shepherds resort across the street should be recommended as the preferred place to go to the beach. Parking in Clearwater is a premium and is not free anywhere. Renters should be told this and warned that walking and the trolley are their best options. The condo was great! Very roomy. Loved having three bathrooms. Also plenty of good closet space. Most restaurants are open air and pretty warm this time of year. But plenty of dining options within walking distance. Highly recommend this condo. Would definitely use it again if I need three bedrooms.

My son, daughter and I had a great time. Everything is within walking distance. The condo is beautiful and very spacious. I would definitely go back. The only negative is the small pool but when we weren’t at the beach we just went to one of the hotel pools across the street.
