Original Mt. Lemmon Tiny Home .

WALKING DISTANCE TO THE VILLAGE OF SUMMER HAVEN. Located at 8000 feet in the beautiful Catalina Mountains. Great area for hiking, bicycling, birding or just relaxing on the deck. Restaurants, shopping and general store just steps away. One bed with queen size mattress can be closed off with pocket doors. 3/4 bath. Twin size sleeper sofá. Heat and air conditioning units. Internet. Full kitchen. Microwave. Coffee pot. THIS IS A NO SMOKING UNIT.

Possible that during the winter months, the road to Mt. Lemmon may be closed for a few days. The tiny home property access is weather dependent during this time. Contact owner for weather update if booked during this time.

There is no garbage pickup on Mt. Lemmon. Please take your garbage down the mountain or there will be a 25.00 non refundable fee.

We had such an enjoyable stay on Mt. Lemmon at this cute tiny home! Right in the Summerhaven “downtown” - a great place to explore trails and nature on the mountain. The home is quaint and well appointed with everything we needed for a clean, comfortable stay. We hope to come back to relax on the mountain again soon!

It IS a tiny home, but location, location, location. Perched high on the hillside we loved the views across the Summerhaven and up the canyon towards the SkiValley and spent as much time as possible lounging on the deck. Great for storm watching which we were happily treated to. The yard is not really walkable but covered with wildflowers that fill the air wih endorphin inducing aromas. The town is a close and pleasant walk down the hill away but be aware that your limited dining choices close at 4pm Monday through Thursday. While the living area was small, enough for 2, the kitchen, bed and bath were just fine. Parking was great but those with mobility issues should take the stairstep walkway down into consideration. Fred and Pat are a most friendly and responsive of hosts. I joked to Fred after his day prior call for the property rundown after he asked if he had covered everything that "he was as comprehensive as humanly possible." TY Fred and Pat!

It definitely is a tiny home, but it has everything you need and also in the heart of Summerhaven.I think perfect location. Just a quick walk to the store/food etc. Definitely would stay here again.

Tiny, indeed, but we're used to small spaces. Kitchen minimally stocked but sufficient. Porch adds some living space in nice weather. Location great: close to town and to hiking trails. Phone check-in could be replaced by an email, but I did have a nice chat with the owners.

The original Mt. Lemmon tiny home is a little bit of paradise amongst the serene landscape of Summerhaven and Mt. Lemmon. The property was easy to find and conveniently located adjacent to local shopping and restaurants, while the summit was within a short drive for great hiking options. The tiny home was well equipped for maintaining a comfortable climate indoors, having a fully functional kitchen, and to ensure a good night's rest. I couldn't have asked for better accommodations during my stay in Summerhaven and would be happy to stay again soon!

Staying here was amazing, the night sky and stars to look at from the deck. Weather was fantastic a little chilly in the shade but wonderful in the sun. Walked to the Sawmill restaurant, Cookie cabin, gift shops in Summerhaven from the tiny house. It was great not having to drive to the destinations.
