3 bed 2 bath cabin on the Current River just north of Doniphan, MO. There is a private boat ramp and dock. The property is on 20 acres surrounded by Mark Twain National Forest!
This is the perfect place to disconnect from phones, and internet for a few days! YES, we are a fully unplugged, technology free vacation spot!
Enjoy fishing, boating, swimming, kayaking, hiking, reconnect with family and friends or just simply RELAX and let the river wash your worries away!
We do recommend a 4WD or AWD vehicle to get to the property.
There are local watering holes and restaurants approximately 25 minutes away for a night out and a break from cooking!

Amazing river-side property that was absolutely perfect for our family including our two small children. Great place to unplug and recharge. A proper SUV with AWD or 4WD will be important for the last part of the drive as it is quite remote and down a steep gravel road. Hope to visit again.

Love this house and love the rock beach. This is our groups third year coming to this house. 4th year with my husband! There is a gravel road drive for the last 30min just get there before dark and its worth it!!!! No service is cherry on top!

Very clean, beautiful setting. You do need a 4wd- mainly at cabin. House being built next door. The equipment has made driveway really muddy. There are games at cabin (we had a rainy day). Lots of great movies on dvd. We used KC in Doniphan for our 6 mile float. They were great too!

Beautiful setting and extremely clean house on gorgeous river. A couple small issues came up at no fault of owner. Lost power Sunday night but fortunately it came back on around 11 pm. Also the property owner next door was doing some construction during our stay but that sounds more like a miscommunication. Overall we would definitely stay again. Fyi as stated cell phone reception is poor but we took our starlink so that was not an issue. We got there late in the dark so it was a bit confusing figuring out where to turn but in day light everything is well marked and would not of been an issue. I very much recommend taking a SUV or truck with awd or 44.

Beautiful location

The cabin and views of the river were amazing. There was not a good spot to swim for our kids, it’s definitely more for if you have a boat. Also the walk from the cabin to the river was so steep my parents and kids had a hard time going up and down it.

Cabin was great. Had plenty of room. Deck was nice for the evening to relax after being on the river all day. Kitchen was stocked with everything you will need for your stay. Basement was nice for storage. Ice machine was so nice to have. Especially for the long river days. Great stay would definitely stay again. Nice place to unplug for a few days.

Amazing river cabin

My group had an amazing stay, 3 nights in total. 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and plenty of room. Plenty of unlisted amenities such as a large ice maker, water equipment, ect. That make the stay even better! Would love to stay again next year

Fantastic place!!!!

Absolutely stunning cabin. Well stocked with tons of extras you would not get at another rental property. We are already checking calendars to see when we can stay again. Strongly suggest four wheel drive as some of the gravel roads get a little rough. Cannot say enough amazing things about this place.
