AVOID THE CROWDS!! Extremely Unique Yellowstone Experience. This 32' Fifth Wheel 3 slide Keystone Cougar RV sits on a solo sight on our ranch in Paradise Valley. It has full hookups and the area is completely yours. There are no other renters, campers or RV's on location. The location is just 10 miles from Gardiner, the North Gate to Yellowstone. Near enough to be a convenient access to the park and far enough away to escape the hustle of a tourist town.
From your front door and deck, you have a beautiful view of the Absaroka Mountains and the property adjoins National Forest. The surrounding area provides ample opportunity to sightsee, hike, mountain bike, view wildlife (often right out your front door), raft, fish. soak at one of the developed natural hot springs or simply sit on the deck and enjoy the beauty. Wildlife lives right out your front door and is abundant. It is common to see deer and elk in the field in front of the camper.
This camper comfortably sleeps 2 people and is designed for a couple. That being said, we aren't opposed to a family if you all feel you will be comfortable. The queen sleeps 2 people and the pull out would comfortably sleep 2 small children or 1 adult. There is comfortable seating for 4 as well as the seating on the deck.
The camper is fully furnished. All you will need is your personal gear. It has one queen bed and a pull out loveseat couch in the living area. There is a shower, toilet, full kitchen, and a very roomy living area with wonderful views in all directions. All conveniences (general spices, toilet paper, paper towels, linens, towels, coffee ) will be provided.
Fly or drive your personal car and allow us to provide the rest of a perfect, no stress, truly unique Yellowstone camping experience.
This is a truly special place. Our family has ranched here for 50 years. We grew up here and raised our children here. We have a special feeling for the land and the surrounding National Park, National Forest and Absaroka Wilderness area and are happy your are choosing to share it with us. We aim to give you a truly wonderful, unique experience and look forward to meeting you.

Yellowstone camper trip
We loved this camper - convenient to get to Yellowstone and still out of the way from busy crowds. Gardiner is a cute town and had lots to offer vacationers. We could sit on the porch every evening and watch wildlife come in. Was overall just perfect for our vacation!

The perfect cozy stay!
I stayed here with my boyfriend on the way to live in Wyoming for the summer, and it was unlike any other place we've vacationed. We both grew up RV camping and it felt like home to vacation that way again. Made great use of the bonfire and grill. We were lucky enough that the Northern Lights' path crossed right over Yellowstone. A once in a lifetime experience! I have stayed in a handful of VRBOs and never has one been this unique. I didn't know it was possible to rent out a camper like this. When we were searching for a place to stay and saw this we both gasped! Knew we had to jump on booking. The closeness to Yellowstone was amazing, while still not being too close to town. Our drives into Livingston, Gardiner, and Yellowstone were stunning. The RV is in a great location with a variety of options for how to spend your days. I work in hospitality/housekeeping and admired the cleanliness of the interior and the overall condition of the camper was immaculate! It was a cozy, welcoming stay and I can honestly say it will be a goal of mine to return! Ending our days watching the sunset over the mountains with the view of the horses grazing in the meadow is something we will never forget. This is a trip that holds memories I will cherish forever. Thank you!!!

Nice change while exploring Yellowstone
Great change from the hotels and such in Gardiner or Livingston. Very clean and nice location. A little bit of traffic noise, but nothing that bothered me. Elk and horses in the pasture next to me in the morning! Overall 5 stars.

Our family has ranched in Paradise Valley for fifty years. Our ranch is located only 10 miles from Yellowstone and we feel extremely lucky to call it home.

Why they chose this property

This property is a special and unique way to see Yellowstone. All the gateway towns have gotten very busy, yet this location will allow you all the benefits of Yellowstone but avoids the rush of the tourist town. It is a beautiful place to begin and end the day. It provides a 360 degree view of the mountains and has beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There are often elk in the field and of course our horses will happen by at times. Best, it is all yours. Your closest neighbor is our home located about a quarter mile away through a very thick stand of trees.
