This 2 bedroom beachfront condo is located on the sands of South Mission bay. Enter through a tropical court, 1 flight up and a brilliant view of the expansive white sandy beach and blue waters awaits. Open floor plan from full equipped kitchen to living room culminates in a corner patio with spectacular waterfront views up and down the beach. A hallway separates the living area from the King and Queen sized bedrooms for ample privacy. King bedroom has an en suite bathroom, both bedrooms enjoy beautiful ocean side breezes. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable. The living room features a new large screen with cable and smart TV functions. Wifi throughout the unit and even on part of the beach. Your own parking space is included along with plenty of toys for fun at your beach. Laundry room is available on first floor. Few hundred step walk across to the ocean side for amazing sunsets and maybe even a green flash! Markets, restaurants and shopping are all within a short walk. There are only 6 units in this quiet private building so peace and quiet are the way of life here. This is a non smoking unit. Thank you!

Long weekend beer tour in SD. This is a great spot with a fantastic balcony for chillin. Traffic inbound can be tough at certain times but not a show stopper. Perfect for 2 couples.

This home was perfect for us during our stay in San Diego. It was clean, beautifully decorated and close to everything. We took long walks on the beach each morning. There are plenty of shops close and a bunch of places to get food. And we sat on the balcony every night watching the fireworks at SeaWorld. Joe was a great host and very responsive when we had a question. Highly recommend!

Great location for some R&R! Nice view of the bay and very peaceful. Joe was very communicative about access and once there, we had no need to contact him because everything was very well/explained within the unit. Many walkable things to do/see in the area and it was easy for us to get to Old Town, the zoo, Little Italy, the harbor, etc by Uber. The Old Town Trolly was one of the best we've experienced to get to know the area. We would definitely stay again.

This was not the quality of VRBO‘s that we are used to staying in. However, the real problem was that we couldn’t find the parking place that was supposed to be designated for us and we had a hard time getting the door open when we arrived. I called the owner/property manager and left a message for him. Five days later when we checked out, he still had not returned my call. Obviously, we did eventually get in, but the information on the parking spot was inside the unit. Also, we were instructed to put our trash in a certain receptacle, which didn’t exist. Not a good experience.

Outstanding South Mission Beach Location

Fantastic place and location. Walking distance to everything you need or want to do. We didn’t get in our car the entire stay. You have the bay outside your window and then the beach on the other side is just a 5 minute walk. Belmont Park is 10 min walk away. The block where there are a few eateries, coffee shops and market is a 2 min walk. The place has plenty of room for a family, with everything you would need including beach gear. My family and I plan to stay there again.

We very much enjoyed our stay, the apartment is spacious and peaceful. For us, it was so much better staying bayside, away from the crowds of the beach. It was lovely to sit on the balcony at night watching the fireworks at night and kids loved the recliners, watching Netflix at the end of a busy day sightseeing. Joe was friendly and helpful and check in was very straightforward. The parking space was a little tight but still manageable (we had a Ford Edge hire car). We would definitely recommend this lovely condo and would love to return.

Sister retreat.

This condo is a convenient location to all the things we came to see. LaJolla Beach was fabulous. A spectacular viewing of sea lions, momma seals and pups. Old Town Trolley Tours gave a nice sampling of what the area has to offer. Balboa Park museums are lovely and informative. This place is so peaceful and quiet. A lovely retreat or as much action as you want. Ralphs is a nice grocery store.

You cannot beat the location! The condo is right on Mission Bay, which is a nice, much quieter place when compared to the beach. It's a short walk to all of the activities at Belmont Park and Mission Beach. There are local stores and places to eat within walking distance. Short driving distance to all things San Diego (Petco Park, downtown, Coronado Island, etc.) Place was very clean and comfortable. I look forward to returning.

This was the absolute best location for us with kids! Belmont Park a short walk away, beautiful playground just down the sidewalk, and last but certainly not least - the view of the bay!!! Kids could run out and play on the beach while we sipped our coffee watching the sail boats! Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Lovely Stay Second Time Around

This is our second stay, and again hope to make it our annual tradition if possible. Such a fantastic location on a beautiful quiet bay with quick walk to more active beach on other side to catch sunsets. Very clean and well cared for. Owner is very nice with great communication. Even the rainy weather for a few days didn't upset us as the view was still gorgeous and the family played games and watched movies. Thank you so much!
