Perched on the 2nd floor in a 3 story building directly above the iconic Mission Beach boardwalk, this gem boasts UNOBSTRUCTED PANORAMIC OCEAN VIEWS AND BREATHTAKING SUNSETS!

Step inside and you will be greeted with a beautifully appointed interior designed with beachy decor. The inviting living room boasts a large glass sliding door leading to the covered ocean front balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee watching dolphins and surfers or entertain with the nightly sunsets.
Sleep to the sound of the crashing waves in the master that also offers direct access to the outdoor bliss and is equipped with a comfortable queen size bed. The 2nd bedroom offers versatility with a twin bed and a queen size sofa bed.
Each room features a large smart TV, WIFI and ceiling fan.
Enjoy preparing meals with a view of the pacific in the fully equipped kitchen that features ample counter space, lots of cabinets and a breakfast bar with seating for two, and flows to the dinning area that seats 6.
This rental includes secured assigned garage parking, convenient elevator and outdoor shower to rinse off.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please return beach chairs, umbrellas, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, portable fan, drying rack, cleaning equipment, toys, and games to their respective place in the storage closet.
Please return any moved furniture to original location(s). Remove car from parking garage, return garage remote and main building key to kitchen drawer by the refrigerator.
Once you’ve left, just let us know that you’ve checked out by texting (951) 239-8437. Also, please let us know if there’s any damage to the property or anything that needs to be repaired.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet times are from 10PM to 8AM. Absolutely no parties or large gatherings allowed. Violation will result in $1000 fine and eviction with no refund.
Parking is only permitted in the designated parking spot labeled 12 in the building garage, or street parking when available.
Please report any damages, disputes or complaints directly to us at xxx-xxx-xxxx immediately.

Great location

Great location, just steps from the beach and right on the boardwalk, very clean, newly remodeled and all the equipment needed for the beach. The bottle of wine, water and soda was also very nice. We will definitely be coming back!

The property was exactly as advertised and had everything you could need for your time at the beach. The neighborhood was great with a coffee shop and little grocery store literally 1 block away. I don’t know how you could find a better location in San Diego, everything was perfect.

Our stay in this condo was great! - Check-in was seamless!- Comfortable home (with parking!), stocked with all that you'll need. There were even beach chairs and umbrellas to use. - Location was perfect. Beach right in front! Belmont Park is walkable in under 15 minutes, and restaurants such as Moe's and The Mission Cafe are conveniently located around the corner. - Most of all, Mary was so welcoming and responsive! We can't wait to return to SD and stay here again!

Impressive

The location and value were outstanding. The communication, check in process, and check out process was reasonably easygoing. We were also able to check in a little early and were offered a later check out time as well. The view and closeness to the beach was exactly what were we’re looking for & what we needed. We had an amazing time at the condo. Mary allowed us to check in early and check out late which was incredibly helpful with our flight schedule. We arrived to a kitchen stocked well, including snacks and cold drinks, plenty of coffee to last our whole trip, and even extra toiletries in the bathroom. We had beach chairs, boogie boards and towels. The location is perfect! Steps away from a few yummy cafe's, a convenience store across the street, and walking distance (less than a mile) to both Belmont one direction and Pacific Beach the other. The beach in front of us was perfect and although right on the boardwalk, did not have any noise issues. The condo stayed cool with keeping the sliders open and fans going. Can't wait to come back!

This place was amazing!!! Kitchen had all the essentials including some spices. Rooms were comfortable and had plenty of blankets. Bathroom was a bit smaller for my husband but not unmanageable. Having the parking space was amazing for the location but make sure your car/suv is smaller (perfect for the Chevy equinox we rented)

Highly Recommend!Everything is exactly as advertised. Location was everything you could ask for - right on the beach, walking distance to coffee, bakery, acai bowls, and tacos! The place was clean and cute, all beach equipment provided (my kids LOVED the boogie boards), kitchen facility was great, garage parking. Check-in and check out was easy. Mary was quick to respond to all communication and she was very kind and accomodating. My kids are asking when we can come back! You won't regret your stay here!

We stayed here for about a week, family of 4 with two young-adult children. We enjoyed the ocean views and being right on the beach. We were glad to be on the second floor and not the first - that would be too close to the people walking/jogging on the boardwalk. There was minimal noise from below, and we appreciated being able to walk along the beach. There was strong weed smoke from a neighbor every morning, which was unpleasant when we were sitting on the deck or had the door open. Overall, though the stay was great - very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, the views were perfect, location great, beach chairs and boogie boards available to use. Our host was quick to respond when I had a question.

Das Objekt liegt einfach wundervoll am Strand und ist liebevoll eingerichtet!Es ist alles vorhanden und die Kommunikatiom mit dem Gastgeber funktionierte super.Wir würdem jederzeit wiederkommen, wenn der Weg nicht so weit wäre.. Der Zugang zur Haustür war etwas kompliziert, aber es hat nachher gut geklappt!!
