*** NO PETS*** We are delighted to now offer The Northern Belle Cottage. Northern Belle is a charming cottage located on one of Saint Simons Island's favorite beaches. This home has high ceilings, nautical antiques, floor to ceiling book cases, four bedrooms with three private baths, washer/ dryer, cable tv and internet. Neighborhood amenities include two private heated swimming pools and a private beach entrance to a sun deck and pavilion. Coast Cottage Lane has been featured on HGTV and numerous times in Coastal Magazine. Northern Bell is a delightful cottage, fully furnished and ready for your family to enjoy. This home is located in Coast Cottages, one of the best vacation spots on Saint Simons. The master bedroom which has a queen bed and a full bath and is located on the second floor off the kitchen/ living area. The next three bedrooms are located on the first floor along with the washing and dryer area. Bedroom two has two queen beds and a full bath with two vanities. Bedroom three has a queen bed and shares a full bathroom with two vanities with bedroom number four. The fourth bedroom has two sets of bunks. These bunks have full beds on the bottom. With a twin bed on the top.
Northern Bell has a wonderful kitchen with all new updated stainless steel appliances and a brand new cappuccino/espresso machine. It has a breakfast counter that sits six. It also has a large dining table that seats six. The living area has plenty of sofas and chairs and a brand new 52 inch flatscreen with surround sound. All of this and just a short stroll from your front door to the pool and beach

Georgia Beach Rentals would like to make your vacation as stress free as possible. Services that we offer for an additional charge include bike rentals, golf cart rentals, kayak tours, fishing excursions, sunset cruises, island trolley tours and much more. We can also have one of the local island chefs come to your home and prepare a meal for you and your guests. **Any of these services will need a seven to ten day advance notice during the summer season.**

Each of our properties comes with the following

Linens, towels, dishes, standard kitchenware, hairdryer, an iron, and wireless internet/cable television services. So you won’t have to start your vacation with a trip to the store, we supply you with the following essentials:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
2 trash bags
2 laundry detergent pods
2 dishwasher soap pods
1 bar of soap in each bathroom
Liquid hand soap
Liquid dish soap



Georgia Beach Rentals also offers a grocery shopping service. For an additional fee, we will grocery shop for you and deliver to your home prior to your arrival. ** This service needs a 48 hour advance notice.**

Lovley beach house

Other than the 1st night being a little chilly in the downstairs because of heating issues. It was a great space for a family to stay. Wish our stay could have been longer.

Great Property with Great Location

This property is well appointed with all the essentials for a large group. Our family spent a week here with 6 adults and 8 children 10 and under. It was very clean and conveniently located close the the beach and two pools. The home was located on a private street with upscale Charleston style homes. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Great size house/rooms for 4 adults and 4 kids, the little front patio area perfect for our toddlers, also neighborhood was perfect for 7 yr old bike riders-very safe. The two pools were heated and had plenty of kids to play with, beautiful and easy walk to the beach/restaurants. Some little negatives were some TVs didn’t work, house/furniture was a little worn and carpet needed replacing, bathrooms were In need of updates, but none of this would keep us from returning. Host was very responsive, easy to communicate.

Great spot in st simons!

Everything was great with the house. Location was fantastic, walking distance to the beach & pools. House was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a nice park along with a great bbq spot and brewery also within walking distance. If I could make a suggestion would be to provide more than one trash bag for a 3 night stay. Thanks for letting our 2 families rent your home!

With one glitch, it was a good vacation

Everything was lovely, but on the fifth day, the dryer stopped working, so, we had issues with wet clothes and getting things dry when we came back from the beach.

Fun At St. Simon Island

Our stay was amazing!!! Great house (very clean). Our property manager (Wanda), was amazing, she was so easy to talk to and answered every question with kindness. The pool area was very nice and the access to the beach was easy. The only problem we had was parking and that is only a problem if you have more than 2 cars. We will definitely go back (we are planning our next trip).

Great Stay

The house was nice and communication with the host/realty company went well. Our only issue was that the house seemed a little under stocked. We ran out of bath towels quickly, and the kitchen could have been better stocked. I think there were only a handful of coffee mugs, and two wine glasses. Other than those simple issues, which did not deter us too much, we enjoyed the property!

Beautiful home

This home was great for our family, we had the best time. The location is great, close to the pools and the ocean. If you aren’t able to climb stairs you will find this very difficult since the main living space is up a long flight of steps. This wasn’t a problem for our group just something to think about.The kitchen wasn’t very well stocked for cooking for a large family. The induction stove is nice but there aren’t many pans available that worked with it and the ones that were there are in need of replacing. Overall we would definitely be renting the beautiful home again. The management company is wonderful to work with.

Family tradition

We had a wonderful experience. We love SSI and being able to stay together as a family is important. We had plenty of room. We needed some batteries for the remotes and a couple of light bulbs and were taken care of promptly. Our son, parking on the grass overflow, got surprised by a ticket for parking in the wrong direction, but the manager is trying to get it taken care of because that doesn't normally occur.

Northern Belle

The house was nice. The amenities were definitely lacking. Said it sleeps 14, was 1 wine glass. Tons of plates but no cups or glasses. Had a crock pot but no top to it. Everything was getting pretty old and very used. House itself was nice. Bathrooms could definitely be renovated. There was no bath mats or even towels for bathroom floor, had to ask for those. Ice machine didn’t really work in refrigerator. We had 7 people in the house and were comfortable. It is quite a hike to the actual beach. The pool and pavilion are very nice.

Certainly not worth the money that was paid up front or paid at all

In first entering home, I was caught off guard by the smell of a basketball locker room that I use to encounter in high school and college. The Wi-Fi and Xfinity were inoperable the entire stay. I’m assuming the owner and or property management team needed us to bring our own trash bags. Toiletries were extremely limited as well. I have friends who have homes in the Coastal Cottage community and one rents out and I can say from all the others we have stayed in this location was the least desirable. I would recommend to anyone who ask to stay elsewhere and not this location. Hampton Inn and Home2Suite would be a nicer and cheaper location without a doubt.

Hello Trent, I believe you spoke to our office regarding cable and wifi issues. Sometimes these things happen and they are out of our control. We did send someone over from our team to reboot the modem and cable boxes to no success. While he was there and also during your phone calls to our office staff did you mention the house smelling like a locker room, lack of toiletries and trash bags. Due to your cable issues I comped you one night stay at $400.00. I am including a list that is located in the description of items we provide for you to get you started. Again you were comped one night for cable and wifi issues even though in our contract it states that no refunds will be given for internet and cable issues during stays. This was a group of 40-year-old moms getting away for the weekend, so we had the absolute best time! The weather and location were perfect! We just wanted to say that the house has not been kept up with. The electricity in particular was sketchy (outlets sparking and lights flickering on and off), the dryer sounds like someone is jack-hammering, the ceilings need to be repainted, there is a leaky faucet in the front Q room, and the wall is caved in and bulging with bubbled up paint in the bunk room.
