Capacity: 12-14 beds (and soon 18 beds !!!!)
Entrance with cloakroom for heaving and glove warmer
Fully equipped open kitchen (1 fridge freezer) 1 traditional oven, 1 microwave oven, 1 coffee maker + espresso, 1 toaster, 1 4-ring induction hob), 1 dishwasher, 1 large sink, lots of storage. 1 drink fridge located in the back kitchen (cloakroom)
Living room: 1 dining room adjoining the kitchen with access to the south-facing terrace, Table 16 covers.
Living room with Nordica brand wood stove
Number of bedrooms 4:
3 bedrooms with double bed 160x200 cm, with a private bathroom with sink and Italian shower. Access to the south-facing balcony. 1 WC on the landing
1 children's dormitory 6-8 beds located on the North side with 2 bunk beds, 2 single beds 90x 200 and 2 drawers beds, 1 private bathroom with WC shower and sink.
Laundry room access to the laundry room in the basement equipped with washing machine, dryer iron
Television area: in the basement, a room dedicated to a TV screen. WI FI pending. Possibility to watch DVDs and connect a play station.
