About this property

This 1-bedroom, 1.25-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features beautiful lake and mountain views. Updated kitchen. New doors, furniture, and patio furniture, in fall 2020. Ideally located next to Keystone Lake so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and lake activities. And you're a short walk from the Keystone Conference Center.

The living area features a flat screen TV next to a beautiful wood-burning fireplace with stone surround. An oversized lounging chair sits between two walls of windows where you can take in the beautiful views. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the living area and offers amazing views of Keystone Lake. During the winter you overlook ice skating and hockey and during summer you’ll see the sparkling water with people canoeing and enjoying paddle boats.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six people and there are two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The full guest bathroom is just past the kitchen. It has a single sink vanity and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. Bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The bedroom features a king-sized bed and lots of natural light. There is a quarter bath attached to this bathroom with a single sink vanity and it has access to the full guest bathroom.

Boarded at A basin. Good location for that. A grill was listed as an amenity and did not have one. Dinners were supposed to be grilled to minimize mess/ work. Good price though.

Amazing View!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo at Lakeside Village. One of the main reasons we picked this place was the windows with the view. It was just as good in person as on the website. This rental had everything you needed inside. We were coming from Florida so it was nice having the humidifier in the room to help with the dry air. We loved the location. It was perfect for our family. The pullout couch and bed was very comfortable. Thank you!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place. Great location for the convention, can’t be any closer. Only miss was the lack of firewood at the condo. Very disappointed with the poor plowing around the building. Many parking spots were useless due to that and sidewalks all covered and very slippery. Very different than what you see at resorts in Utah.
