This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom third floor condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. This condo features beautiful views of Keystone Lake from the balcony. It is ideally located in Lakeside Village so you’re just steps away from shops, restaurants and lake activities. It is a short walk from the Keystone Conference Center. It offers beautiful mountain and lake views from the private balcony. Guests of Lakeshore have access to the East Lake Clubhouse that features an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna.

The living area features a mounted flat screen TV, a gas fireplace with updated stone surround, working desk and the windows offer beautiful mountain and lake views. The sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed and additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the living area and overlooks Keystone Lake with mountain views beyond.

The full-sized kitchen offers solid surface countertops with ample space and is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats four people.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and awesome views with great light from the large window. The bathroom has a single sink vanity and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy, and a separate sink off the kitchen. Updated tile surround for the tub area gives the bathroom a fresh look. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Great space in the perfect Keystone location

Well-designed space in a great location. I was particularly impressed with all of the cooking accessories which is great if visiting during the off-season or would rather stay indoors and relax after a day of skiing.

Condo was relatively clean and comfortable. Humidifier was filled with black mold, but was replaced by management company. Hot tub in adjacent building was roped off with sign "Closed by Order of Sheriff's Department". Filled w/ scummy water. Did not want to trust the pool after seeing this.

It was very warm while we were there and the condo had plenty of fans and even humidifiers! The condo was in a great location! We were close to a beautiful walking/biking path along the snake river. We were just a short drive to the other areas we wanted to explore. The staff kept in touch with us and responded quickly to questions. We would definitely recommend this condo and will definitely be back.

Lakeshore condo 1540

A nice comfortable condo overlooking the lake. The condo gets a lot of afternoon sun so it can get warm if the windows are closed. My son slept on the sofa bed and said it was comfortable. We would stay here again.

Comfortable night stay in Keystone

Had a few friends visit Colorado and this room was very comfortable after our camping trip the day before. Even though there was no AC the room at night was perfect with the windows open as it gets cool at night.

Cozy convenient condo

This is my 7th stay at this property. The location is just steps away from the lake activities, restaurants, store and the Keystone Conference Center. The layout is perfect and makes the condo seem spacious for the square footage. I can’t wait to come back.

Short Keystone Trip

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We originally were scheduled to check into unit 1551. This unit was unacceptable. It had a strong odor, the furniture needs to be replaced, there was paint peeling from the window sills, the fireplace didn't work, etc. Fortunately, when we contacted the property management company and shared our disappointment they were able to put us into unit 1540. This unit was much more modern, had no smell, and overall provided a nice stay. Theonly problem with this unit was that the dishes and utensils were not cleaned. They still had food encrusted on them.

The wifi was good, shower was nice and hot with good pressure. The bed was decent though nothing like a hilton or marriott. Good enough that you didn't need a mattress pad though (which some of the reviews made me fear I should bring one). The heating in the unit was ample and good.SCMR's parking allocation was very frugal - even for a 20+ day stay, having 1 friend visit for an evening (so we could go ski together the next day) was not enough for them to grant a guest parking pass. The visitor parking (at the Event center across Rt 6) was $25 or 40 a night. Also, the shower curtain was way too short and water leaked a bit. But didn't bother me enough that I called mgmt to fix it.The view of the lake (with its ice skating and people playing pond hockey, was great! (was a winter stay)
