Located 10 minutes from the market town of Deshaies and near the most beautiful beaches of Basse-Terre (Clugny, Tillet, La Perle, Grande Anse ...), La Perle de Clugny is an independent bungalow equipped with a master bedroom and from a mezzanine.

The 25 m2 master bedroom with queen size bedding is also equipped with a BZ convertible sofa offering a real mattress that can accommodate 2 children.
The crawling mezzanine has a single bed for a child over 5 years old and a reading / games area. We strive to equip it to measure before your arrival according to the age of your child. Access to the mezzanine is by a Japanese step staircase not recommended for younger children.
We lend a free cot and high chair for travelers with a young child.

Mosquito nets are integrated in each window allowing good ventilation day and night without inconvenience.
Powerful and very quiet air conditioning cools the temperature of your nights and naps. For people who do not like air conditioning, a fan is also available in each of the rooms.

The living space is equipped with a 55 'flat screen TV with satellite reception of 125 channels including Canal +. A DVD player is also available as well as a selection of family DVDs on loan and on request.
The wifi network is exclusive to the gîte without sharing a connection with our family network, it allows you to browse the net and stay in touch with your loved ones.

The bathroom is functional with its walk-in shower and large sink.
Towels are provided and changed on request during your stay. You have a hair dryer.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a combined oven / microwave. You will also find a blender, a Nespresso coffee maker, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and all the essential accessories including essential supplies (dishwashing product, sponge, absorbent paper, garbage bags, coffee filters, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar ...)
You benefit from a large fridge with some refreshments offered, a family freezing area and a cooler with cold storage breads for your outdoor picnics.
For late arrivals, we provide you with a breakfast kit when you first wake up: fruit, juice, coffee, bread, butter, jam ...

You benefit from a covered terrace with a table and 4 chairs, as well as a comfortable sofa and of course essential barbecue and hammock (to be used without moderation)
For lovers of idleness, take advantage of the deckchairs and the parasol on the private sun terrace without any opposite and the family pool of 32 m2.

The whole of the accommodation and the living spaces are preserved from everything opposite.
All windows are opaque or equipped with blinds to protect your privacy.
We know how to be very discreet but are nevertheless very attentive to the comfort and requests of our visitors.

The entrance to the gîte is private, completely separate from our personal entrance.
The pool is shared with our family and we take care of its daily maintenance.
Its access is protected by a fence and a lockable security gate.
Access to the swimming pool is possible from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm in "normal" use so as not to create any nuisance to our neighborhood. Children are under the supervision and exclusive responsibility of their parents.

A parking space for your vehicle is available in the immediate vicinity on the dead end street.
The residence is quiet and not very busy. The neighborhood is discreet and respectful.

There are no pets or livestock nearby to disturb your stay.
