About this property

Old house in an atypical setting

Come and enjoy this beautiful old house of winegrower recently renovated and full of charm. It quiet in an exceptional green setting on a large plot of 2000 m² in the middle of a large field of canes of Provence. No neighbors nearby, tranquility and relaxation guaranteed in this atypical setting, with all the amenities nearby and the 6 beaches of dreams of Bormes-les-mimosas and the 12 beaches of Le Lavandou within 10 minutes drive.

The house is 115 m², it has a living room / kitchen of 55 m² overlooking a large bay window and terrace of 60 m², and a floor with 3 bedrooms and a small bathroom.

There is a small extra air conditioner for the house, and fans for the rooms.

Above ground pools of 5.50m and 1.30m depth are available (but require some monitoring / maintenance). There are 2 sun loungers with mattresses near the pool and 2 loungers.

The outside includes a large park of more than 2000m² that surrounds the house, there is a rattan rattan garden furniture, sofa / coffee table, and an outdoor dining table for 6-8 people. A gas barbecue is available.

You will also have another large terrace of 25m² shaded by canisses in front of the house.

We leave at your disposal two mountain bikes, as well as many toys for children, a small wooden cabin, a sandpit, a small slide, a swing.

There is room on the ground to park 3 to 4 vehicles.

Traumhafter Urlaub an der Côte d`Azur.

Sehr sauberes, gut augestattetes Ferienhaus mit großem Grundstück in ruhiger Lage. Mehrere Traumstrände, Inseln, Hafenorte und Bergdörfern mit tollem Flair in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr korrekter und akkurater Vermieter welcher sich sorgfältig um das Anwesen und die Ausstattung des Feriendomizils inklusive Pool kümmert.
