Mountain apartment, renovated, located in the center of the village of La Clusaz, 5 minutes from ski lifts (Cret du Merle), close to restaurants and shops.
The 35m2 apartment consists of a bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, a shower room, separate toilet, a kitchen and a balcony facing south.
A ski locker is also available in the basement.
The building consists of only 2 apartments so is very quiet.
It is possible to park in front of the building the time to unload the car (maximum duration 30mn). A covered car park is located just in front of the building.
