This 3-star luxury duplex is located just 5 minutes from the centre of the village on foot and 100 metres from the ski slopes.<br>This 66 m2 apartment with a warm atmosphere is located in a quiet and residential area. Magnificent view of the Aravis mountain range, as well as the slopes of the Aiguille massif. It is located on the second and last floor of a chalet. <br>Private parking is available.<br>This apartment is composed of a large living room with a fully equipped American kitchen including a microwave oven, oven, hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, Senséo coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle as well as appliances such as fondue, raclette and pancake appliances. A dining area for 6 people and a living room area composed of a corner sofa, a wall-mounted flat screen, an ethanol fireplace which overlooks the bay window with a view of the Aiguille ski area.<br>You also have upstairs in the mezzanine, a cocooning corner with 2 large sofas with TV and wii console + games. This place is often the place for children to play or rest during the evenings, as well as for adults the corner for a pleasant reading.<br>Regarding the sleeping area, it is composed of a master bedroom with a 140 cm bed, shower, sink and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom is upstairs and consists of 2 small chests of drawers, 2 beds of 90, which can be modular according to needs into a 180 cm bed. The third sleeping area is located at the back of the mezzanine (open room), with 2 beds of 90.<br>As for the terrace, it consists of a high table with a stool for outdoor meals and a view of the entire Aravis mountain range. You also have a barbecue for summer meals.<br>We also provide you: free wifi, a Bluetooth speaker to put background music and games for the evenings. <br>We provide you with towels, bed linen (the beds are made on your arrival), household linen and a travel cot for BBs.<br>Stay for a minimum of 1 week. For the winter holidays, stay from Sunday 11:30 am to Sunday 10 am.
