Recent and very well designed, this house affirms its charm with its facade, large windows, current design and spacious wooden terrace. Located in a natural and wooded setting, close to the sea, it accommodates up to 6 people for pleasant family holidays. Its 3 bedrooms have quality bedding. In the bright living area directly opening onto the terrace, a sofa and dining area allow comfortable settling in. The American-style kitchen is perfectly equipped for your family stays. Garden furniture allows you to enjoy the terrace and view of the surrounding trees. Decorated with taste, in a sober and current style, the rental is very pleasant to live in. Wifi, play areas and the aquatic space of the Saint Hilaire Domain, with indoor pool, are available to holidaymakers. On warm summer evenings, you can cook on the gas plancha after enjoying the pools.



The chalet domain, peaceful and private, in the heart of the Saint Hilaire de Riez pine forest, offers numerous activities: aquatic area with unsupervised jacuzzi, relaxation on the terrace, playgrounds, access to the sandy beach 1.5km away... By bike or on foot, multiple walks are possible on the seaside paths, between dunes and pine forests. The town centre of Saint Hilaire and its shops, 4 km away, can be reached in a few minutes. It also takes little time to access Les Sables d'Olonne, Saint-Gilles Croix de Vie and the many events scheduled on the coast. The rental also serves as a good starting point for visiting other tourist sites in Vendée or Loire Atlantique, such as Noirmoutier, the Puy du Fou park, Apremont or Nantes.

Tout à été parfait

Audrey a été très arrangeante sur notre date et heure d'arrivée, le logement était très clean et super bien équipé, le lieu est calme, à proximité de la mer, la piscine top (même si quelque degré de plus aurait été le bienvenue mais peut être sommes nous un peu frileux...). Peut être le seul petit bémol était l'emplacement du chalet qui rend visible la terrasse aux yeux de tous ( en attendant que la végétation plantée pousse peut etre mettre une petite palissade?). En basse saison cela ne gêne finalement que très peu car le nombre de passage est limité mais peut être qu'en haute saison c'est un peu plus dérangeant.

A réserver les yeux fermés

Chalet très bien équipé, propre et dans une résidence sécurisée et très calme. Audrey nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux que ce soit à l'arrivée comme au départ. Le petit plus : la piscine couverte dans la résidence qui permet de se baigner même en cas de mauvais temps. Un seul petit bémol, un peu plus d'espace aurait été apprécié autour du lit dans la chambre avec le lit de 140cm. Très bonne expérience.
