'The Good Stuff,' a traditional Outer Banks Beach Cottage was created with your family's comfort in mind. For your family's enjoyment, flat screen TVs and Fiber wireless high speed internet is provided at the cottage.

If you are looking to create vacation memories your family will remember forever, you are at the RIGHT place. 'The Good Stuff' is ready to make your vacation unforgettable. Take a stroll on the beach, soak in the hot tub, or enjoy a game of pool with the kids. Stop, Relax, and Enjoy a little of 'The Good Stuff.'

It's vacation time, let us help you KICK BACK AND ENJOY....

Upper level - contains the living area with a flat screen TV, with a DVD player, a kitchen with bar looking out over the ocean (seating for 4), dining area with seating for 6, two bedrooms (2 kings), a newly renovated full bath and (2024) living room furniture. Also located on this level is a sunroom with comfortable seating allowing you to relax and enjoy the great ocean views seen from this beach cottage.

Ground level - Great area for teenagers and young adults - contains a game room with pool table, TV, and futon, bedroom with queen and a full bath.

Save room in your suitcases, don't worry about towels and linens. They are provided for your comfort at no additional cost.

Came in to celebrate wife’s birthday. We really enjoyed our stay. This location is great for getting around OBX and we really enjoyed the hot tub. The house was spacious and comfortable. They had everything we needed from cups, plates, utensils and more. Everything was provided and clean. We will definitely re-visit this rental in the future.

Perfect Family Getaway

We loved our stay! The location was right between some of our favorite things- Jockey’s Ridge, Ashley’s Coffee Parlour, and Duck. We had fun walking on the beach, which is so convenient, playing pool, soaking in the hot tub, and just relaxing in your beautiful home. We can’t wait to visit again!

This vacation home is a family project. We (Tim and Cindy Williams) live in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, just 45 minutes from the cottage in Kitty Hawk. We own and operating a printing and sign shop and spend our free time between our log cabin at Smith Mountain Lake, Virginia and our beach cottage in Kitty Hawk. Our daughter, Lisa, is also very involved in our vacation cottage rental. She gets all the credit for the decor' and other features that make our cottage a comfortable place to stay. During you stay, don't be surprised if you see one of us.

Why they chose this property

Our family has had a home on the Outer Banks for many years. We decided we wanted something closer to the beach and started looking the beginning of 2008. After looking for a few months we found 'The Good Stuff' in Kitty Hawk. The Good Stuff is a work in progress for us. Each year we add a little something to the cottage.

What makes this property unique

Our cottage is COMFORTABLE. With the airy beach theme through out the main living area, you can just sit back and relax, watch the ocean and enjoy. All the comforts of home are at your fingertips - cable TV, Wifi, Nintendo Wii, and Hot Tub. After a few days, you stop looking at the clock and the days just roll one into another. Before you know it, its time to go home.
