Perfect fully stocked OBX family vacation home in a private cul-de-sac located at Kill Devil Hills 6th milepost within walking distance to the beach.

House has everything you need! Including: linens and towels, gas grill, 2 beach cruiser bikes, outdoor shower, corn hole boards and bags, hot tub (raised on deck), covered and uncovered deck areas, deck furniture/chairs/tables, 6 beach chairs, Washer/Dryer, Books and Games, Dog Treats, Doggie Poop bags

Property is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every stay. All linens and towels are cleaned and provided for renters. Beds are made and ready for your arrival. Stocked with all kitchen/bathroom essentials and paper products including:
- 12-cup Coffee Maker
- Single-cup Keurig
- Pots/Pans
- Baking sheets
- Utensils
- Microwave
- Toaster
- Refrigerator/Freezer
- Air Fryer
- Food Storage Containers
- Plates, Bowls, Cups (including child friendly options)

HVAC Heating and Cooling system for entire home.

Perfect Family Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at Peedee’s Place! This was the perfect spot between the sound and beach! The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and perfect for a relaxing beach week with our family and our family dog. The home was clean and close to area attractions, grocery stores, shops, and restaurants.
