Shore~nanigans is a newer 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, 2 king beds, 2 twin/single bunk beds, 4 smart flat screen TV's, washer and dryer, well stocked kitchen with everything to cook your own meals. It also has a large area under the house with Adirondack chairs and a picnic table to gather and cook out. Parking for 4 cars and room for a boat too. The large front porch is evening shaded with refreshing gulf breezes and an view of the ocean, while the back patio offers a fantastic sunset. Shore~nanigans is just short walk to the beach, and is located in the golf cart zone!
Sleeping Arrangements:
All 3 bedrooms are outfitted with comfortable bedding and pillows.
Although the home will sleep 10, it is not intended for 10 adults. The home will sleep 6 adults and 4 children (please see pictures for sleeping arrangements). When booking, please specify how many adults and how many children. Any booking for more than 6 adults will be rejected. Thank you for understanding.

- 3rd bedroom/bunk room has 2 twin over full beds. (sleeps 4-6)

Easy Check-In/Check-Out:
Staying with us is a breeze! Access the home electronically at 4 pm on the date of your arrival with your unique lock code given specifically only to you. Your code is active from 4 pm on your arrival date until 11 am on the date of your departure.
*NOTE: Guest must be 25 years or older to book/reserve home and booking party must be present during stay. Absolutely No Prom, Graduation or other large (more than the max occupancy) parties/events permitted. Max # house sleeps (occupancy) = max # of Guests allowed on property at any time.

Check-in any time after 4pm. If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon check- in, please inform us immediately.
Check in is at 4pm and check out is by 11am. Guest that do not vacate the rental property by 11am, without consent are subject to a fee equal to one (1) rental day.
Quiet hours are from 11 pm - 8 am. If law enforcement is called to the property and a citation is issued, we will terminate your stay immediately.
Please leave the property in the same general condition that it was in upon check in by making sure dishes are done and put away, and the home is generally picked up and ready to be vacuumed, dusted, and sanitized. Any excess cleaning beyond a normal turn around cleaning will result in an automatic forfeiture of security deposit.
Individuals will be charged 150% of the cost to repair any damage caused by them to the house or to replace any item missing.
Trash must be placed inside the provided can. Guest is responsible for assuring the can is placed at the end of the driveway for pickup by 7am on Tuesday and Friday.
Please leave all used towels and sheets near the laundry room. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Towels are not to be used as beach towels.
Unsalvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest.

No compensation will be provided for any temporary outage of electricity, water, HVAC or WiFi.
Remote controls for each room are placed on night stands/coffee table.
Do not park or drive on grass.
Please leave the grill clean and empty of charcoal.
Pets, smoking, deep fryers, campers, tents, fires, trampolines, water slides, pools, parties are NOT permitted on property. Do not bring your own grill, one has been provided.
The home is privately owned. By accepting this reservation and house rules, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. The owner is not responsible for any damage, accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the property owners from all suits, actions, claims, demands, damages or losses, expenses and/or costs of any kind and description to which the property owners may be subjected to by reason of injury (including death) to persons or destruction of property, negligence or willful misconduct of guest, its agents, employees, or any person dealing with guest in any way, or arising out of guest’s breach of any covenant contained in this agreement. This includes, but is not limited to the Premises, Common Areas, Bedrooms, Restrooms (indoor/outdoor), Closets, Laundry Room, Pantry, Furnishing (indoor/outdoor, bunk beds), Amenities, Games, Toys, Porches/Decks, Stairs, Appliances or anything else that is in the home, part of the home or on the premises.
Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the property owners from all loss of use resulting therefrom, in connection with or resulting from guest use of home and premises and all additional items listed above.
The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
