Boat docks, room for 3 boats. 15 minutes from Angleton, Lake Jäckson, Surfside and Freeport. 15 minutes by boat to marina, fishing charters available. The water is good for swimming. Water toys & 3 kayaks for guest use. Fish off the dock or bring your boat. Kayak launch. Elevator, 2 Lyft chairs, generator. Art classes available. Event tables and chairs available for additional fee.

Beautiful home, very well stocked and very clean. Living room Furniture was very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable too. Lots of games for kids and adults to enjoy. Elevator was very convenient for luggage and groceries.

Very comfortable seating in living room. Very comfortable beds and linens. Nice, clean home. Well stocked kitchen. The elevator was helpful for older adults and luggage.

The place was amazing. Actually better than described. So much room. And the river outback is very nice. The owners were very friendly and prompt with everything. would highly recommend. We ended up getting an extra day just to relax and so glad we did.

What a wonderful experience with Amber. She answered all my questions and the house was well equipped for us to host rehearsal dinner for my son that got married in Angleton. The bottom floor work well for cooking and creating a buffet line. Everything was labeled and easy to find. Thank you to the owners for opening up their house for rentals to host parties. The best touch was the elevator so my parents couls get to the main floor.
