60m2 apartment on the ground floor with open views of the surrounding mountains. Located 5 minutes from the ski slopes, 5 minutes by car from the alpine ski area. This haven of peace "vertaco" is ideal for a weekend or a week of serenity "sport" or "family".

LOCATION
VILLARD DE LANS is located 30 km from Grenoble (TGV station) and 130 km from Lyon (International Airport 100km)

This apartment on the ground floor of a chalet in madrier enjoys an exceptional mid-mountain location at 1100 m altitude and 1km from the heart of the village. Quiet and close, these are his assets!

DISPOSITION
Three independent rooms:
1- a room with double bed 140x200
2- a room with 2 bunk beds 90x190
(+ possibility of adding a 3rd mattress in 90x190)
3- finally a room with
- trundle bed 90x190 (convertible 180x190 sleeping)
+ suspended bed 90x190 (attention: prohibited to children under 6 years)
In the living room / kitchen, sofa bed if needed (extra bed 109x210)
Fully equipped kitchen: Nespresso coffee machine, pyrolysis oven, microwave oven, induction hob, extractor, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, raclette, fondue, pierrade etc ...

Two of the bedrooms and the living room / kitchen are equipped with large French doors allowing direct access to the garden.

PRICE INFO: Beyond 6 adults 12 € more per person per night will be requested for additional costs.

* Alpine skiing: very beautiful resort of Côte 2000 linking the alpine ski areas of Villard de Lans and Corrençon. The most alpine resorts of Vercors can taste all the pleasures of the snow. A breathtaking view of the vast plateaus of the Vercors, a dream setting at the foot of the cliffs and in the middle of the fir trees have something to appeal to lovers of skiing and snow ... The departure of the slopes is at Côte 2000, connected by a shuttle to the village.
You can also go to MEAUDRE, just 10 minutes by car, small family resort very nice
