Clark Hill Lake House Retreat

Your vacation getaway is located in a quiet community at the end of dead end road to the right in Lincolnton Ga. Mistletoe state campground is located directly across the lake from the dock. The property will sleep 12 comfortably. Large Living area and Kitchen on main floor. Simple accommodations to meet your getaway needs. Smart TV downstairs in Living Area. WiFi available. One bedroom & bathroom is downstairs while the others are upstairs with a small den. Plenty of parking space for multiple cars. Washer and dryer. Bring your k-cups for Coffee on the porch in the morning. Covered Porch on Front and Back and large Grilling Deck. Take the path from the back door that leads to the water (5 minute walk). Enjoy the private dock whether you are just swimming or for your water toys and boat. Watercraft rentals are also available from the Marina. You are also allowed to bring a golf cart for use on trail to the dock. Path is walkable but it just makes it easier if you have access to one of these. I can give you info on a golf cart rental company that delivers & picks up if interested. Grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and entertainment are found easily in nearby towns. End your day grilling and enjoying the fire pit with friends and family. Please message on Vrbo with any questions.

Dispose of trash bags in the 2 trash cans out by Rd. Keep lids closed. Do not set trash beside cans. If full notify us. Trash pickup is on Tuesdays.

The house was clean and comfortable, plenty of room and beds for a family of 10. The kitchen was nice and the air conditioner was very good. It was exactly as described. I was glad we had a golf cart because the walk to the lake was long. I would describe the house as cozy and family friendly.

Perfect house for the lake . The walk was not bad at all to get to the dock (as long as you can walk for about 5 mins). The house had great ac and loved the parking availability. Would definitely stay here again

House is located at the end of the road in a quiet neighborhood. There is a core land trail behind the home leading to private dock with boat slip. (a 5 minute walk) golf carts are permitted to be used on the trail. Private Dock with boat slip & ladder for easy access to swimming in lake is located on an awesome & deep part of the lake !! Location is right across the lake from Mistletoe state park campground. Clarks hill marina & Raysville Marina close by to get gas for your boat, fishing bait, & small grocery items, ice cream treats or ice while out on the water.
