T2 apartment of 55 m2 in recent residence of 2015. Ideally located in the municipality of Palavas les flots on the first line facing the sea and close to the various amenities.

Superbe appartement, avec une vue à couper le souffle !

Après 7 heures de route, l'accueil de Jérôme était tout simplement top ! C'est un magnifique ensemble d'appartements, bien entretenu, propre et agréable à vivre. Il y a un parking avec des places attitrées, très bien sécurisé : c'est un gros plus. L'immeuble étant proche de la plage et de toutes commodités, c'est idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances tranquille. L'appartement en lui même est superbement bien décoré, avec goût et classe. (Nous n'avons pas loupé la grande douche à l'Italienne que nous avons adoré !) Petit bémol, le lit était un peu trop petit pour deux adultes ! Mais cela n'a pas gâché notre séjour, qui était tout bonnement agréable !

Beautiful and exquisite apartment - 6 stars when completely equipped!

The communication with Jerome was at any given time absolutely excellent, very helpful and professional. We were greeted by a lovely lady who also lives in the apartment complex. The apartment building is only a few years old, very high standard and in immaculate condition and super clean. The whole complex and parking is secured, and the above ground and indoor parking spot is large enough for a big car – a big plus. It's right across the beach, close to all amenities. Many good situated people actually live there. The apartment itself is very nice and modern, very clean with brand new and tastefully equipped in kitchen and living room, not missing anything out. The only criticisms we do have is: The bedroom was a real downfall and big disappointment: There are two beds in it and that was it. No beside tables, no lamps anywhere (just a plain light bulb on the ceiling) and plain walls – it had the atmosphere of a new prison cell. We had to use the emergency head lamp from our car to have an extra dim light at night for reading, that was very uncomfortable and annoying. The equipment of the room was simply not finished before renting. The bathroom was the same, just a light bulb and nowhere to hang/dry the towels but over the heating - but also very well constructed, so we did not mind that. There was no air-condition in the apartment, which is fine – but there was not one electric fan either, which made the heat in the apartment unbearable when it got above 30 degree Celsius during the day. The last couple of nights sleeping was impossible with 29 degrees Celsius in the apartment and no electric fan to at least stir the air a bit and give some relief. I'm sure, that Jerome will fix this issues in the future – these two rooms were simply not equipped – but we would have wished for this to be done before we arrived. The sterile bedroom and the missing fan really gave us a hard time relaxing, but I will still give this apartment 5 stars – because when the apartment is complete, this will actually be a 6 star-apartment because it is so beautiful in general.
