Only minutes to the best Central Florida has to offer with shopping, attraction parks, and more! This spacious home features the master bedroom on the first floor with ample room downstairs and a fantastic games room in the garage. This turnkey short-term zoned home comes fully furnished.

Guest access:
Entire house and pool are there for you and your group enjoyment.

Other things to note:
* Heated Jacuzzi per request only. There is a $30.00 daily fee.
* If you would like to get a BBQ grill during your stay. I can arrange one to be delivered on your check-in day. No cleaning hassle or propane buying. The rental fee is $150.00 up to one week.

Family Reunion stay

This property was run down. The house was not clean. Carpet was filthy..The house needs to be completely remodled. When we arrived, 2 if the tvs did not work . The light was out in the refrigerator, a socket cover in the kitchen was burned, the faucet in the kitchen sink was leaking. The only thing that was fixed were the tvs and the socket replaced. The curtains in the family room were hanging - not up properly . We put a light bulb in the frige. The curtains were never fixed. The comforters on the beds need washing, the furniture was dirty and very low, ceiling fans needed dusting, window seals were dirty and dead bugs. The best thing in the house was the washer and dryer. We rent houses all the time. Frim now on we will stay in Champion Gate.
