The house was nice but we had several things that we found disappointing. 1. The pool was extremely cold and unable to swim in. 2. The air hockey table did not work. 3. The LED lights in the Star Wars room did not work 4. The cooking pans/pots were unable to cook on 5. The stove didn’t function properly

Very poor service when it comes to communication with someone who knows how to help us. Took 2 hours to get in our place because no one told us anything about how to enter though the gate. No one gave us a code to the home.

Wasnt clean

We areived at the property and the pack n play was covered in dried up vomit. I immediately called to complain. Someone finally came and cleaned the house and pack n play. There were so much chemicals on the pack n play from cleaning it, it was affecting my baby. Several days later they brought a new one. Ive stayed in champions gate before. This house wasnt up to par for us. The kitchen utensils were so cheap, all the pots and pans were burnt and poor quality. They dont provide anything to get you buy until you have to go grocery shopping. Tbey could have done better. Stay somewhere else.

Close to epcot

The place was brand new! If you plan on cooking bring everything you need including all pots and pans! What's there is garbage! This is truly an empty shell! The house is full of IKEA furniture so if you're heavy set you won't be comfortable. The grill and pool heat requires a minimum 5 day stay. The pool area is only big enough to swim. There's hardly any patio space and people were noisy. The property sits on a corner with absolutely no privacy. The street is right there and busy with cars and parking. We understood that there would be construction considering it's a brand new cookie cutter neighborhood, but it was non stop all weekend long until 7pm every night!!!!! Unfortunately ,we saw german roaches and called and the property management. They said they would send a maintenance person but we left the property. They didn't seem to care about hearing of the roaches and offered no type of compensation for our next stay. If you decide on this property beware as the management company will charge you for any little issue...This neighborhood was filled with young partiers who were loud right up until curfew! Keep that all in mind when you decide to book.
