Real nice place in the heart of treasure island, easy access to the beach. Property manager was on site when we arrived and was very easy to communicate with. Will visit again.
I loved that the house was so close to the beach. It was updated, clean, had plenty of beds for all of us and property manager was amazing to work with. She responded to my several questions and helped make our stay a breeze.
Meryem was a great host, quick to respond to concerns and questions. The house was perfect for our family of three. The location was great, we don't mind a bit of a walk and so were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely recommend this rental to a friend.

Small house very close to the beach.
The beast feature is the closeness to the beach. The house is simple and small. I think it’s for 4 people but they have an additional sofa bed, so you can squeeze 2 +.

The house is 850 sq ft bungalow 3 Minute walk from the beach.
This bungalow was everything advertised and more. Upon our arrival the house was clean and updated with plenty of amenities. Truly a 2 minute walk to the beach (just across the street). Walking distance to John’s Pass with many restaurants to choose from. Meryem is an excellent host, she checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We definitely will go back.
I had a wonderful time in my bungalow, It was right across the street from the beach so I got there everyday. It is 2 minutes to Johns Pass and 5 minutes to Publicks so everything I needed was easy to get. Mary is a lovely person and was easy to get a hold of, she responded quickly to my text and answered any questions and resolved any issue immediately. I will stay there again

Room For Two & kids
The property was clean, location to the beach and John's Pass was excellent.
Sitting area with TV was very comfortable. Good appliances although a sink disposal, a dish rack and ice maker would have been nice. Kitchen had a bar for two, no other indoor eating area. Kitchen supplies were somewhat okay, but lacking in silverware, five forks and two teaspoons. Though we kept a clean kitchen, we had a few daily and nightly visitors. Cockroaches on the floor, in the cabinets and silverware drawer.
Unit had central air located in between both bedrooms. A loud wake up call every 15 minutes or so. Would have been less noticeable (and is more energy efficient) if "fan on" option was available, it was taped over. While the 1st bedroom had an okay mattress, the 2nd bedroom had a "marshmallow mattress", not suitable for adults.
The one sink bathroom was quite small for 4 people. Tile grout was in bad shape.
The gas grill had a full tank but the grate and heat plates/tents were completely rusted. We had to cook on foil which is not ideal when you want to grill food.
The website showed pictures of beach chairs, a cooler, a wagon and an umbrella. Upon arrival, all we found was one barely useable beach chair and a wagon. We bought a cheap beach chair and left it. The owner eventually brought over 2 high sling chairs and a nice umbrella. We had a contact in the area who let us borrow her cooler for the second week.
Our contact with the owner was very good. We were able to check in early, option to check out late. However it would have been nice to know in advance how to get into the unit. There were no written instructions like WiFi code, garbage pickup days, checkout information. Property could be nice with some improvements .
rental was bigger than expected and comfortably fit 6 people. loved the location, easy walk to the beach and not a far drive to get to johns pass. owner was good with responding. would definitely stay again
Bungalow was a short walk to the beach and not far from John's pass. Meryem was prompt in answering all my questions and super friendly. Unit was well stocked.
We were looking to escape the harsh Chicago winter with our dog and found a wonderful location. 2 blocks from the beach, the inland waterway, and Johns Pass shops and restaurants.
The villa was very comfortable and cool in the evenings.
The neighbors were friendly and even with Golf Blvd 1 block away, you didn’t hear it at night.
Highly recommended
The only issue we had was the beds where a little small and uncomfortable for 2 people. Everything else was great! The communication and location to the beach where awesome. Really cool little place.
Meryem was so nice and was very easy to communicate with, when I had questions she was quick
When I had silly questions concerning the hurricane or other issues before arrival she wqs very understanding and eased my concerns! We would definitely rent again, nice family oriented area as well as clean and equipped with just about everything you need for your beach experience!
Plenty of room for a family getaway. Very clean and all the amenities you could ask for. Meryem was awesome with communication and checked in with us in case we needed anything. Flawless check in and out. And our dog loved it too. Highly recommended.
