The location is absolutely incredible. When the listing mentioned a fully equipped kitchen, it truly had everything my mom and I could possibly need for cooking was available. The sunsets were unforgettable and truly felt like a dream. Our dog Coco had the happiest time of her life as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

The house was clean and was stocked with everything we needed. We had a wonderful vacation. The location is perfect and the ocean view from the upstairs bedroom is amazing. The host was very responsive and we had no issues.

A True Hidden Gem on Treasure Island!Martha’s place was absolutely amazing! The accommodations were spotless, incredibly well-maintained, and stocked with everything we could possibly need for an entire week. It truly is a hidden gem on Treasure Island and a fisherman’s and family man’s dream come true!As someone who loves to fish just as much as I love spending time with my family, the location couldn’t have been more perfect. I could fish the surf, head over to John’s Pass, or simply walk across the street and chase sheepshead around the docks. After a few hours of fishing, I could easily hop back over the dune, grab our beach setup, and get the family ready for a full day of fun in the sun! It really was the best of both worlds. The beach is LITERALLY YOUR backyard!!! Oh and if you have fur babies they are welcome too!! We may bring ours next time!Caddy’s is within walking distance and a vibe in itself! The island vibe is real!! Added bonus. If you walk across the street to the parking lot just to the left. Cape Canaveral launches are visible!! This was our family’s first visit to Treasure Island, and thanks to Martha’s incredible hospitality and wonderful accommodations, it certainly won’t be our last! Treasure Island has officially earned a spot on our list of favorite vacation destinations.Thank you, Martha, for helping make our family vacation one to remember! We can’t wait to come back!

Having stayed at this location several years ago we found the description of the property to be accurate and that there had been several upgrades. It was pleasant, well appointed and the host was willing to not only start our stay early on the day of our arrival but willing to grant a small exception that we requested. We would highly recommend this property.

Property was different from anticipated except for beach access which was very good. Parking and access in and out were somewhat difficult. Unit was too close to busy street. Internal layout was strange and stairs were dangerous. The last 3 days were noisy with a barking dog in the adjacent unit. When we told the people that the dog barked constantly when they were out, their response was very negative and they claimed they had been coming there for 10 years.

Perfect location and very clean! Liked that they had beach chairs available and lots of kitchen supplies. Loved the fenced in backyard as well so our dog could run around! We will be staying here again on our next visit!
