Villa with swimming pool with a magnificent view of Lake Maggiore, eight kilometers from Stresa.
Built in 1960 and just restored. (2015)
Large terrace and swimming pool completely renovated.
Large garden and car park.
Comfortable and spacious house.
Seven bedrooms including three doubles, one with a single bed and a half (French matr.), Two doubles and one single.
Living room and dining room with windows overlooking the terrace overlooking three lakes: Maggiore, Varese and Monate.
The house is only one and a half km from the golf of the Alpine Gignese, one of the oldest in Italy.
Also nearby is the golf des iles Borromeé.

Wow!

This property was stunning inside and even more outside.The very large terrace with a separate swimming pool and amazing view over lake Maggiore was breathtaking.The lounge and living areas were special also. A built in bar b q was lovely.The gardens were large and useful for the children to play in….we all had an entertaining game of cricket.All 9 of the family said I will never be able to organise another holiday in a more fabulous home!

A wonderful house with a great view to Lago Maggiore

We were a group of 8 adults and two children looking for a new perspective, which we also got. The house is modern and well stocked with a good kitchen and plenty of space. The best thing about it s the location, though, as the house is situated above Cignese with a beautiful and everchanging view over Maggiore. There are plenty of possibilities for outdoor activities in the vicinity and the wonders of Lago Maggiore are also nearby. The minor problems in the house were promptly attended by the owner. We give a warm recommendation to the place!

Haus in traumhafter Lage

Das Haus liegt ruhig oberhalb des Sees; die Aussicht war eine der schönsten die wir bei vielen Aufenthalten hatten. Das Haus ist bereits älter; insbesondere die Einrichtung hat die besten Tage großteils hinter sich. Die Betten waren aber recht neu. Im Haus herrschte ein modriger Geruch. Die Zimmer und Bäder waren ordentlich gereinigt. Leider traf das auf die Küche und die Einrichtung der Küche nicht zu. Nachdem wir den kaputten Sonnenschirm und anderes beim Vermieter direkt beanstandet haben, erhielten wir umgehend 2 neue Sonnenschirme, einen Wasserkocher und einen Toaster. Das Haus hat eine Große Terrasse, dort haben wir uns bei gutem Wetter mit der großen Familie gut aufhalten können. Der Pool ist ordentlich von der Terrasse abgetrennt. Das gab Sicherheit für das Kleinkind. Insgesamt war der Preis, den wir bezahlt haben (alles in allem fast 1000€ pro Tag) nicht angemessen.

Lovely holiday in a lovely location. The property met all our needs, kitchen very well equipped, even had a special Parmesan grater. Loads of space inside and out and the ping pong table was a hit. Views from the terrace are amazing and the pool a joy.

Excellent séjour dans une villa magnifique

L’annonce ne reflète pas l’excellence de cette villa. La vue est magnifique, chacun a son intimité (SDD/SDB). La piscine est fraîche mais géniale. Les parties de tennis de tables, le bbq, l’espace,....Villa à recommander pour le plaisir que nous eu en famille. Merci pour ces excellentes et exceptionnelles vacances.
