Casa Nuova is the younger but bigger sister of Villa Verdi, which opened in 2018. It is a brand new holiday home - also near the small, typical Italian village of Brezzo di Bedero on the east coast of LAGO MAGGIORE (Provincia Varese). At the end of a cul-de-sac without any through traffic, the property is also a small oasis of calm that invites you to relax:

Wir (7 Senioren/innen) haben eine wunderschöne Woche in der Casa Nuova verbracht. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Man spürt, dass das Haus überlegt gebaut wurde. Jedes Zimmer hatte Seeblick und eine Nasszelle mit Dusche. Dazu eine grosse gedeckte Terrasse und ein gemütlicher Wohnraum für Regentage. Auch an der Ausstattung gibt es nichts zu meckern. Es war alles da, was man brauchte.Die Anfahrt und die Ankunft waren bestens geplant und vorbereitet. Es klappte hervorragend.Das Haus verströmte eine harmonische Atmosphäre, die es uns leicht machte, uns wohl und sicher zu fühlen.Herzlichen Dank an Frau Schmidt, die geduldig jederzeit für uns erreichbar war.Wir können das Haus mit grosser Überzeugung weiterempfehlen.

Nice house with beautiful view

We had a very lovely holiday here. The house is beautiful and clean, and the inventory is very complete (Including a number of fans, which came in very handy because it was hot that week!). The view over Lago Maggiore is truly amazing! Also, the owner is quick to respond and always friendly when you have a question. The beds also where great, however a bit on the sort side (I'm 1.95m so it is a bit of a 'me' problem; they are queen size beds so no suprises). But all in all I can definitely recommend a stay at this location!

Fijne vakantie

Super huis. Alles goed voor elkaar en schoon. Strand is op 5 min lopen. Is alleen een steile helling waar je rekening mee moet houden. Eigenaar reageert snel op je vragen. Kortom een aanrader. De oprit ernaar toe zou iets beter kunnen. Al kan de eigenaar hier zelf niks aan doen waarschijnlijk.

Es war alles perfekt

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und konnten den Sommer etwas verlängern. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben sehr sauber und alles vorhanden an Ausstattung was man benötigt. Bei Fragen an den Vermieter war der Kontakt auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können es sehr gut weiterempfehlen.

Superfijn huis met magnifiek uitzicht

Heel fijn verblijf gehad in een meer dan compleet huis. Goede bedden en vriendelijke eigenaar. De communicatie is prettig geweest. Heel fijn dat de bedden goed zijn en dat iedere kamer een eigen badkamer heeft. We vonden het wel wat vervelend dat we op 1 dag niet konden uitslapen. Al vroeg in de ochtend stonden er 2 tuinmannen in de tuin om gras te maaien, te snoeien en met luidruchtige tuinmachines de tuin te bewerken. Buiten ontbijten was toen ook geen optie vanwege de harde bladblazer.

Check in

Check in dem Ferienhaus war ab 15.00 Uhr. Wir kamen um 16.15 Uhr dort an. Die Putzfeen waren noch zu Gange. Wir könnten das Haus erst ab 17.15 Uhr beziehen. Dies war nicht ganz so schön für uns. Ansonsten hat alles gestimmt top Lage und super top Aussicht.

bonne adresse pour un séjour très intéressant

un seul petit problème à signaler : le tri des déchets !!! Compliqué lorsque l'on ne reste qu'une semaine. d'autant plus lorsque les instructions données sur les documents reçus ne correspondent pas à ceux qui sont à l'intérieur de la maison et à ceux qui sont sur le calendrier des ramassages. Nous ne sommes pas certains d'avoir bien fait le travail demandé !!! Nous avons fait une excellent séjour. salutations.

Très bien

La maison est spacieuse, très propre, jardin très agréable, endroit reposant. L'accès est un peu étroit, mais il y a 2 places de parking. Attention les draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournies,c'est en supplément, aucun produit de base (éponges, papier toilette, café, produit vaisselle...). Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine, nous étions 6 adultes et un bébé.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Ausblick in Hanglage. Sehr gut ausgestattet, ruhige Lage. See/Strand ünber Pfad in ca. 5 min (steilem) Fußweg zu erreichen. Mit Auto ca. 10 min zum nächsten Supermarkt/Bäcker.

Gesamte Familie gemeinsam im Urlaub

Wir waren 6 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Der Badestrand hat den Kleinen sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat prima geklappt.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wirklich ein rundum sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Tolle Terrasse. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir mieten oft Ferienhäuser, aber dieses war sicherlich eines der besten.

Tolles Haus, fantastischer Blick!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche mit Freunden in dem Haus. Schöne Schlafzimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche. Mega Aussicht mit wunderschönem Garten und Terrasse. Mit kleinen Kindern, die noch nicht sicher auf den Beinen sind, ist der Garten am Hang sicherlich eine kleine Herausforderung, da sollten Eltern immer einen Blick drauf haben.

Einfach geniessen

Das haus ist bequem und von alle Komfort versehen. Mann sitzt auf ein Riesenbalkon mit tollen Blick auf das Lago Maggiore und die Bergen. In 5 Minuten laufen ist mann unten an mehrere Strände am Lago Maggiore. Die Lage ist ruhig und Stressfrei. Wenn mann mehr unten ist hat mann die Strasse wo teilweise recht schnell gefahren wird und oben hat mann einfach seine Ruhe. Wir waren hier mit unsere 4 Kinder und haben es einfach genossen. Einfach hingehen und geniesen.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus

Das Haus befindet sich an guter Lage und bietet eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore. Es war sehr sauber und wir fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr wohl. Die Vermieterin Frau Schmidt war sehr nett und hat auf unsere Fragen immer sofort reagiert und sie umgehend beantwortet. Wir können das schöne Ferienhaus mit ruhigem Gewissen bestens weiterempfehlen.
