The 3 spacious and fresh rooms are all on the ground floor and not communicating, each with its own entrance through a bay window and a view of the swimming pool, quality bedding, full bathroom, TV in each room, and high-speed wifi. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, Nespresso machine and filter coffee maker, microwave, and a living room with two sofas. In the laundry room you will find a dryer, drying racks, and storage for your luggage. The many historical and cultural sites to visit await you, as well as the region's farmers' markets, the Albi Cathedral, a UNESCO world heritage site, and the Toujouse Lautrec Museum. The train station is 5 km away.
The owner resides discreetly in an independent part of the property, and takes care of the maintenance of the swimming pool and outdoor spaces.
