The space
The luxury villa has a net living area of 320 sqm, which are distributed over 2 levels.
It is located in front line to the sea with private sea access and impresses with its breath-taking views of the sea and sunsets. The luxury property combines traditional architecture, a very modern interior design, absolute privacy and perfect sun orientation. A wonderful sun deck, surrounds the swimming pool, which invites to sunbathe.

The Kite beach house has large terraces to enjoy the views over the ocean and hear the waves rolling on the beach.
On the level below, there is an open-plan kitchen with utility room, a small bedroom with bathroom and AC from the living room (if you let the door open), and a spacious dining-living area and access to the ample covered and uncovered terraces and to the pool area of this luxury villa.
Modern stainless steel stairs lead you to the second floor with the huge master bedroom, walk-in closet and separate toilet. A huge, private ocean view terrace and as well as two further bedrooms with en suite bathroom.

The Kite beach house is an ideal choice for families, friends, couples as well as for elderly people whose priority is to have direct access to the beach without any need of using a car.

Kitchen must be left clean and organized on Check-Out Day. Trash must go outside in main bins by parking.

House cleaning and gardening and pool cleaning services offered 3 times per week, BBQ included.

As a courtesy, we provide a roll of toilet paper per bathroom as well as a 5 gallon jug of water per stay.

- You must be 21 years of age or older to book this home. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay.
- Check out time is 11:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time.
- The City of Cabarete Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 3 in the driveway. There is no parking on the street.
- Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $500 or more.
- Any damages caused by guests which exceed the security deposit will be the responsibility of the registered guest.
- No Bachelor/Bachelorette parties
