The villa is located within Residencial Hispaniola with 24-hour security, electricity, water, and wireless internet. The community has easy access to the beach, nightlife, restaurants and supermarkets. Each room is tastefully designed with a blend of Zen and contemporary themes. The dynamic architectural details of this villa are one of the most unique you will find in this gated community. This is a great villa for couples to have a romantic getaway and a convenient location for family with kids to explore the North Coast of Dominican Republic. Monkey Jungle, 27 waterfall, fishing, divining, snorkeling, horseback ridding, kite suffering, ATV tours are just some of the things in the area to enjoy. The villa is located directly across from the Community playground, tennis courts and basketball courts. The villa is four bedroom, 3 bath, with a fully equipped kitchen and daily maid services included. Chill out in a private secluded swimming pool with jacuzzi and full outdoor kitchen. Enjoy the views of the ocean from one of the multiple balconies or walk 10 minutes to the beach and the town of Sosua to enjoy a sunset or dinner at one of the amazing restaurants. The villa is also within in a 5 minute walk to the nearest grocery store . It is a 15 min drive to Cabarete and 20 minutes from Puerto Plata (POP) airport. Shuttle service is available for around $20 US one way. The villa is 2 hours from Santiago (STI) airport with shuttle service around $100 US one way.

Batista has worked for the owner for over 3 years and takes care of the house, pool, yard, and daily needs of the owner when in town. He is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Creole. He is able to help with anything you might need.

Great place to stay

For the second year in a row I’ve stayed in this house the owner Casey has great communication and the house manager was always around when needed can’t wait till next year.

Beautiful property

Absolutely great place .

Great Place everything worked as it should, the maintenance guy was there every day to clean things do gardening . He was very helpful. If you are older with bad knees you might find the stairs a little much - I still think the place was 100% worth the stairs and it was only me that noticed. 100% recommend

Family vacation

My family and I had a great stay here. The location was great and the house and pool were clean. The security was also fantastic. My only concerns were that there were not as many beds as advertised. One of the rooms only had a twin bed so my sister ended up sleeping on the couch. Also, the man who takes out the trash and cleans the pool comes and goes in the morning without much regard for anyone. He is very nice though. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

Silvia thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. It is always helpful to get feedback from guest. I have to apologize for the bed situation. The room that has the twin bed pulls out into a king. And you can also separate the king to make two twins. The picture on the VRBO website shows it as a King. This should have been done for you if you needed to use that room as a king. Also Betista is supposed to get there at 8 am and stay until 5 pm. And he takes a hour lunch. I’m very sorry these things were not being done how they should have been. I always tell the guests if there are any issues to please contact me. I wish I would have known this so I could have addressed this right away. I will be taking care of it now. So this is not a problem in the future.

What an amazing week

There's probably not enough room in this review to adequately describe just how fantastic this place was. From the moment we arrived we were greeted at the security gate from the staff. He showed us the entire house and explained everything to is in great detail. The pool area is just spectacular. From the bar and built in appliances to the making fire features this was an awesome place to swim. Then I was blown away by just how nice the residence had been completely renovated. Everything is brand new. All new appliances. New washer and dryer. There's just so much. Ohh how could I forget. THE BEDS. Omg I haven't slept so good since I was a baby. I can't express enough just how relaxing this place is. We already booked for next year but are thinking 2 full weeks instead of 1.

My husband enlisted in the Navy and I moved to Florida to start college. Fast forward twenty years. We found each other on FB and got reacquainted. We found ourselves both living in Florida and came to realize all the things we had in common; fishing, boating, diving, traveling and our mutual love for the Caribbean Islands! That year we spent our first Christmas together in our island home and married a year later. We now live in Naples, Florida full time and try to enjoy our Caribbean home as often as we possible.
