Tutti con travi a vista, pavimento in cotto, camino in mattoni, ideale come base di partenza per escursioni sul Lago d'Iseo, nel Parco naturale delle Torbiere, al Lago di Garda e sulla Strada dei Vini della Franciacorta.
Il Leccio è una splendida mansarda con la camera da letto matrimoniale, l'ampio soggiorno con camino e angolo cottura e un bagno con vasca.
Facilmente raggiungibile in auto (5km dall'uscita di Rovato dell'Autostrada Milano-Venezia) e in treno sulla ferrovia Brescia-Edolo, stazione di Bornato che si trova a 300 mt.
