with PRIVATE pool/garden/bbq/ stone PIZZA oven/yard/parking area, only 5'away from beaches of Tolon, and 10' from Nafplion, with 2 bedrooms plus a loft/bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 wc, brand new A/Cs in all rooms, brand new mattresses, wifi throughout the property.
It is situated in a beautiful area surrounded by stunning views.
Linen, Bath & Pool towels are included and the villa is very tastefully furnished.
Villa Nafplion (125 m2) is newly built on three levels, on landscaped grounds of 900 m2, just a few minutes away (7 km) from the historic town of Nafplion and also even closer (4 km) from the sandy beach of resort of Tolon, ideal for children of all ages!
Villa Nafplion, can accommodate comfortably, 8 people, as includes 2 bedrooms and a loft ( 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 king size bed, 1 single bed and 1 sofa). Also Linen, Bath & Pool towels are included twice a week.
At the downstairs level (garden and pool), there is a private pool, outdoor shower, a ping pong table, a big garden with pergola and garden furniture, 4 sun loungers, and just opposite there is a patio, a big table with 8 big chairs next to bbq and the traditional stone PIZZA oven, and oranges/lemon groves, overlooking an extensive view of the green mountain and the ancient “rock” of Asini.
At the second level (yard), there is the ground floor, where the main entrance of the villa is, a big yard and a private parking for 2 cars at least.
Inside the villa and downstairs level/ garden- pool, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (in which we may put a baby's cot) and also another bedroom with two single beds, with patio doors in each room, overlooking the garden. Also at this level there is the big bathroom, with a bathtub and the washing machine. On the same level, outside the rooms there is a kitchenette with a refrigerator.
On the second level (where the yard is) there is an open plan living/dining room, plus a cozy fireplace with a large couch for 8 persons, and also a dining table with 8 chairs and a big tv, a dvd and a cd player.There is also a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher machine, microwave etc. At this level there is the wc.
On the third level there is the loft, where can sleep 4 people, in a king size bed, a single bed and a sofa bed, with a window overlooking the yard and the green mountain.
All the rooms of the Villa are air-conditioned and tastefully furnished.
