1BR with Private, Fenced Deck

The neighborhood is a long, thin peninsula. It's completely residential, and the waterfront mansions sell in the multi-millions. Very upscale, safe, and walkable.

The apartment gets afternoon sun through the sliding glass windows but otherwise is in the shade all day. It is a 1.2 mile walk to the beach.

There is no grill, and we cannot supply one due to insurance (wood deck).

Parking is not assigned, but there is plenty of room for two cars.

Wi-Fi: two internet connections (AT&T and Comcast) provide redundancy. Both are the highest residential speeds available. Wifi is strong throughout the entire property, Stream 4K movies or do video calls. Kitchen: The Kitchen is equipped for real cooking. There are sharp knives and non-stick pots and pans. Beach gear: we provide beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler.

Laundry: You'll have access to the laundry room. The coin-operated washer and dryer take six quarters per load and are shared by five other units.

Babies: every unit has a crib, and a highchair is available on request.

A purely residential neighborhood with many multi-million dollar, waterfront homes.

The TV gets local channels only. It is a Smart TV, so you can access Netflix, HBO or other streaming services. Bugs are a constant battle in Florida. You may encounter some during your stay. We exterminate using traps, bait, sprays, and fumigation. There is bug spray on the top shelf in the kitchen cabinet furthest from the sink. If you need us to come and exterminate, we can send someone Monday through Saturday (Sundays are more difficult).

Almost Perfect!

Great place and great location. Like the add says, very quiet and nice neighborhood. Easy access to everything and centralized. Loved they had everything needed in the kitchen. Multiple coffee machines, water filter jug, good silverware (yes this is important to some of us). Would definitely stay here on a trip back.

Everything was exactly as described and pictured. Very well appointed unit. I would recommend renting this place. And from what I heard from one of the workers for the owner, Matthew, his other properties are all first rate. He was very responsive with the simplest of questions.
