Experience the coastal shores of Bucerias from our stunning beach front Condo. Conveniently located between Bucerias and La Cruz, this is a 2 bedroom, 3 bath Condo with many premium amenities.

One master with King size bed and Ocean view, a second master with two queen size beds.
Our spacious beach front Mexican getaway features an amazing ocean view terrace, an open layout with tiled floors and did I say stunning views from both the interior as well as the large terrace.

Fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, as well as microwave, coffee maker, pantry items, dishes etc..In addition, complete in unit laundry facilities. What more do you need?

Premium amenities include: free wifi, flat screen tv, Phone for reserving that dinner reservation, furnished ocean view terrace with dining area and Barbecue. Linens and towels.
To stay in shape ( if you must )a full gym is located on the property.

Enjoy the large beach front pool with in water lounges as well as a large kiddie pool. If that's not enough, enjoy the incredible views of the a second roof top lap pool.

Great property!

We loved this condo! From the furniture to the pots and pans, everything is high quality and in like-new condition. Every room is spacious and comfortable. The heated pool was great .. many properties in PV do not have heated pools and they are just too cold to enjoy in the winter months. The owners were very helpful and attentive to any questions that we had. We definitely plan on coming back!

Uncomfortable vacation

The condo was lovely however we never got hot water in shower. Air conditioner kept shutting down even though we turned off timer. How to work TV was tricky and master bedrm TV was locked. There is NO beach walk to town unless it is Low tide. Low tide 2pm during our week but you'll end up in water. Ubers are expensive and condo is NOT close to town. walking is dangerous around freeway. Pool was like bath water because pool was heated and it was hot and muggy. Notified owner about water situation second time, and no response. Garage attendant would be missing at times and we had to wait or go look for attendant to let us in. I do not recommend staying here with kids (family). Nothing fun near condo. We ended up renting a car to get around (approx $300 US money for week).

Liz, we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your stay at our Bucerias home. We have looked into some of the items you mentioned in your review. I will try to provide you with feedback on each item where possible. We always try to ensure our guests understand the usage of the AC. Ideally, it should not be on with the Terrace doors open and the desired temperature is set to a comfortable level relative to the outdoor temp. Thank you for your comments with regards to the water temp. We realize more instruction should be provided as it relates to the operation of the on-demand water heater as well as the direction of the shower faucet. Some items are out of our control such as low or high tide, the 20 – 25-minute beach walk may not be ideal for everyone. It really depends on guest preference. We do pride ourselves on always responding to all guest communication. Please feel free to contact us anytime to discuss your experience at our Bucerias home.

Amazing oceanfront condo

The condo was better than advertised - well appointed with new furnishings and decor, very comfortable with an awesome view of the ocean and pool! Special touches included the filtered water system and ice maker in the fridge, BBQ and well stocked kitchen including some basic pantry items. Location was also good as it was within walking distance of many good restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beach front place

This place is truly amazing. Great size of outdoor pool including kids' pool. The onsite security was very helpful during our stay. Condo is very clean and lots space for a family, providing pretty much everything you could possible need for a short stay. Owner was very helpful and respond quick. Great distance from market and food that only 5 mins drive and we use uber everyday to get places. We would totally go back this place!
