Beautiful apartment with balcony center village of Piana, one of the most beautiful of Corsica with its Calanches, the Scandola nature reserve, the village of Girolata nearby.

Apartment renovated and decorated with care. On one side, the living room and one bedroom overlook a large private balcony overlooking the village square. On the other two rooms with views of the church and in the distance, Scandola.
Two accessible beaches: the bay of Arone and the cove in the cliffs, Ficajola.
The apartment is through, so airy. Mobile air conditioning is also available.
There are two entrance doors, one of which makes one of the bedrooms completely independent.
The kitchen is equipped with new elements.

Gite sympa au cœur du village

Gîte situé au centre du village et au-dessus des restaurants (problème d’odeur de friture dans l’appartement). Balcon très agréable, gîte bien équipé.

Bonjour, je suis étonné de votre note pour un gite sympa...et quelques odeurs de poisson issues d'un super resto à proximité. Bref, quand on pense que vous avez laisser notre appartement dans un état pitoyable !!! Draps et serviettes tachés de bière et de vin, vaisselle sale dans l'évier, poubelle remplie de tout vos détrituts, refrigérateur non vidé et nettoyé....La femme de ménage n'avait jamais vue l'appartement aussi sale...Je vais voir avec Abritel ce qu'il en est !

Le logement profite de la très belle région. L'accès à l'appartement est sportif en raison de son escalier très raid et sombre. Bruits et odeurs de cuisine montant de la rue. Apparemment très rustique avec quelques touches de modernité. Bon débit du Wi-Fi.

L'appartement se situe dans une maison de village traditionnelle. Ce qui est rustique pr certains et passer pr une critique, pour d'autres s'apparente au charme de l'ancien. La modernité n'est pas l'essence de toute chose mais en effet apporte du confort. C'est ainsi que l'aménagement a été prévu. Cuisine équipée, douche à l'italienne...Cet appartement est relativement grand et en général tt le monde s'y sent bien. L'accès au départ est un peu "raide"..mais ensuite tout à fait normal et l'éclairage pr le soir se commande de l'intérieur des appartements, il faut donc prévoir de laisser éclairé en sortant. Il y a en effet des restaurants sr la place, là encore tout dépend de la manière de considérer les choses... En tt cas, j'espère que votre séjour de 3 jours aura été riche de la splendeur des paysages d'un des plus beaux coins de la Corse. Bien à vous. Christiane

Excellent séjour dans le centre de Piana

Venus passer 3 nuits pour un mariage nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Quelle surprise que de voir que notre chambre donnait directement sur le parvis de l’église ce qui nous a permis de prendre de belles photos souvenir pour nos amis. L’appartement est soigné et notre hôte très disponible et à l’écoute. Un grand merci à elle!

Authentieke woning met charme.

De woning is authentiek en dat heeft zijn charme. We troffen de woning schoon aan. De ligging in het centrum heeft als voordeel dat alle faciliteiten, zoals winkels en restaurants dichtbij zijn. Het balkon is smal, maar het was toch aangenaam om 's avonds even buiten te kunnen zitten. De omgeving is prachtig! Voor ons had de centrale ligging als nadeel dat de luidruchtige geluiden van de terrassen, vooral, de voorste slaapkamer binnen drongen. Wij zaten in een erg warme periode in Piana. Gelukkig waren er enkele ventilatoren aanwezig in het appartement, helaas werkte de mobiele airco niet afdoende. Bij het gebruik van de keuken bleek er lekkage te zijn. Er was is iets mis met de afvoer. Dit is snel en naar tevredenheid hersteld. Wij zijn vanwege het ongemak door de eigenaresse verast met een mand vol lekkernijen. In ieder slaapkamer staan tweepersoonsbedden. Echter was het bed in één van de achterste slaapkamers wat provisorisch gerepareerd door een oud deurtje op de boxspring te leggen. Dit belette niet dat wij alsnog naar het midden rolden. Het bed in de voorste slaapkamer heeft een bloempot als poot. Deze schoof op een nacht weg....... Het huis heeft zijn voors en zijn tegens. Om de omgeving te ontdekken is de ligging prima!

Je suis ravie de constater que vous avez apprécié le charme de notre maison de village. Il y a eu une petite fuite d'eau sous l'évier, vite réparée par un plombier et dont le désagrément momentané a été j'espère, bien compensé par le joli panier de produits locaux que nous avons fait préparer par notre charcutier. Je n'étais pas sur place, dès mon retour j'organise les quelques améliorations nécessaires après le passage de pas mal de locataires. Le secteur est en effet merveilleux, je suis sûre que vous en avez profité au maximum. Bien à vous. Christiane

Appartement au centre de Piana, idéalement situé, propre , fonctionnel et authentique! Au 3 étage, ce qui donne un point de vue très agréable des balcons. Nous avons apprécié toutes les petites indications de la propriétaire sur ce qu'il faut voir, manger et visiter! Superbe semaine!!

Appartement authentique, charmant et très spacieux. 3 grandes chambres, tout confort. Excellent équipement. Grande propreté des lieux. Bon séjour

Attention les escaliers pour atteindre l’appartement ne sont pas faciles d’accès et le soir il n’y a pas de lumière. Dans l’appartement tout est là pour passer un excellent séjour.

Dans beaucoup de maison de village, chaque palier dirige sa propre lumière...le nôtre peut être éclairé de l' intérieur, les voisins du dessous ne devaient pas être sur place. Heureusement qu'il y a de nos jours les portables.. J'espère que la soirée du mariage aura été excellente. Christiane.

Tolle Wohnung in wunderschöner Umgebung

Großzügig geschnittene und geschmackvoll mit vielen alten Möbeln eingerichtete Wohnung in einem alten Haus direkt im Zentrum von Piana. Über Außenschattierungen im Hochsommer gut temperierbar. Toller Balkon. Aussicht auf Meer und Berge. Wunderschöne Umgebung. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Treppenzugang allerdings nicht barrierefrei.
