Snow Life - 2bed/2bath Walk to Ski + Pool/Hot Tub

Fully renovated property just this year, be one of the first to stay in this updated, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo.

Wintertime: It’s only a few minutes (3) walk to the gondola, and you're on the slopes. We have great western views towards buffalo mountain and the condo overlooks the ice rink. A breathtaking view with an amazing location!

Summertime there are 14ers close: Grays Peak and Torreys Peak. Come home to the refreshing Pool, Hot Tubs (all 4 of them), and Mini-Golf.

Living Room
The living room of this property has a sleeper sofa with plenty of space for extra guests. Warm up in front of the gas fireplace while you the 4K watch TV's.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom features a comfortable bed to rest after a long hard day on the hill skiing or biking. With western facing windows.

Kitchen
The open kitchen has all the amenities of a full kitchen at home and is equipped to cook anything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner.

Guest Bedroom
The Guest bedroom has a comfortable bed and a flat-screen TV and window with ice rink and mountain views. It has plenty of space and a relaxing atmosphere.

Balcony
The upper level balcony of this property is west facing and features amazing views. Perfect for the spring and summer to take it all in and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the private balcony!

Free extra parking is located in the Keystone Lodge and Spa Overflow lot.- You MUST display your parking pass on your dashboard.- Keystone has a VERY STRICT parking enforcement staff.- Cars parked without a pass will be fit with a parking boot by Keystone ($100 to remove).

A shuttle stops in Dercum Square on the Northside of the skating rink. More Shuttle info can be obtained by calling Keystone Transportation at area code 970 then 496-4200.

Laundry Information:

The laundry rooms are located on the first floor through the ski locker room; and on the 5th floor to the left, as you exit the elevator. Detergent dispensers are located in both laundry rooms, $0.75 to purchase. A change machine is located in the first floor laundry room. The cost is $1.75 to wash and $1.50 to dry.

BBQ Grill Information:

For your convenience, a gas barbeque grill is located in the hot tub area. Grilling utensils and the gas timer are located in the storage compartment directly beneath the grill. Please be considerate of others and leave the grill area clean after use. Also, please be sure to bring all plates and utensils back to your condo.

Great stay for family vacay

Our family had a great time. The location was great—quick and easy walking distance to lots of shops and the ski lift. The place was a little small but clean and pleasant, decorated nicely and very sufficient for our needs. I’d stay there again.

Great spot for family! My 13, 11 and 5 year enjoyed the place. Very convenient to gondola and all things River Run. Unloading all our equipment in the garage, elevator access to the unit made in and out a breeze. We didn’t prepare anything, but having access to fridge, oven, plates and such, and microwave made reheating meals convenient. Coffee from Steep, breakfast at Haywood Cafe and Kickapoo were our staples. Nick was very responsive and would highly recommend!

Great Stay in Keystone!

Condo was perfect! Great location, walking distance to the slopes, great food and convenient pool/ hot tubs etc. Very clean and equipped with all necessary kitchen items as well as extra towels, bedding etc. Overall we had a great experience and the space was beautiful and comfortable. We had three kids aged 8-12 with us and the condo was the perfect size to accommodate our family. Our host communicated everything necessary and we had NO problems at all, we will return and rent again.

Wonderful winter break

We had a great stay at this property. The condo unit was impeccably cleaned prior to our arrival. The furnishings were upscale and comfortable. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the gondola, activities and shops/restaurants. This particular unit does not face the village though, so there was never a noise issue. Check in was simple. The main areas were a little dated and worn, but overall clean and well-maintained. We had a great time and would stay again.

Exceptional in every aspect!

This was our first winter vacation to Keystone. Nick and Leah’s rental by far was everything noted and much more. We comfortably slept 5 with a king, queen, and sofa bed. The two full baths were wonderful, kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals; full size stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator. Thank you for having an amazing coffee pot too! The balcony offers a beautiful view of the lodge, ice skating rink, and mountains. We were wondering how we would make out with a common washer and dryer facility. It was very easy to wash and dry laundry. We actually made a few friends along the way at the lodge. Everyone is especially kind and considerate. There are two hot tubs as well outdoors after a day of skiing, although we did not utilize these. The locker for our ski equipment was ‘very’ convenient, There are pool tables adjacent to the lobby (which is just downstairs) and great for teenagers in the evenings. There are many restaurants and small shops steps away from the lodge entrance as well as the gondola for skiing. Ski rental onsite, ski passes, lessons can all be managed onsite. Very convenient! There is no need for a rental car although we had one. There is a shuttle which you can take throughout the mountain area which is also steps from the lodge entrance. With a rental car, we frequented a City Market grocery store a short distance (approx 5-6 miles) if you prefer to cook your meals and enjoy the cozy rental in the evenings. It’s a beautiful drive and plenty of restaurants there as well. The balcony outside the unit is perfect for coffee, hot cocoa or a glass of wine. Safe for children and the ambience is AMAZING. We felt at home our entire stay. We can’t emphasis enough how outstanding the hosts, Nick and Leah are. Our stay was truly perfect! Staying at Nick and Leah’s rental provided us with a carefree skiing trip especially as first timers. We made great memories and will definitely be returning to stay at this rental again and again! Highly recommend!

What a great week.

We loved the location of this property. Our family has different degrees of skiiers and we could come and go from this condo as needed. The resort is nice and clean and enjoyable. Good communication with the owner is a big plus.

Perfect location

Clean, updated, comfortable and well appointed condo. We love this location. Everything you need is steps away including the gondola. The building hot tubs, lounge etc are nice and were never crowded. The property management was easy to contact. Only problem was ski locker keys not working and couldn’t get new ones. But it was just a minor inconvenience. And the one elevator to garage was not working during our stay so unloading upon arrival was a struggle. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location for Keystone Village

Great location for RiverRun ski lifts. The Kitchenette was perfect for preparing meals. The only issue that stops us from rebooking is that the beds were not comfortable and the four of us ended up rotating who got to sleep on the couch.

When we arrived the room was extremely cold but we had a view of the ice rink. The room was very clean and ordered. Everything was in walking distance we enjoyed it very much.

Everyone should enjoy the beautiful Colorado Mountain and world-class skiing that we have.

Why they chose this property

Honestly, we wanted to be in a place that we could bring the kids back for lunch and not pay the high mountain costs for lunches, and if they were tired, not have to split up but be able to take one kid back. Walk or ski to the Gondola was important to me.

What makes this property unique

With just a short walk to the Gondola, four hot tubs to choose from, a pool, pool tables, and ski lockers, it offered everything we desired. The heated garage parking and mini golf in the summer made this the perfect choice!
