Beautiful apartment totally renovated in 2019 New York loft style.
ideally located Place de la Victoire in the heart of La Baule, opposite the train station. At the foot of the Avenue du General de Gaulle and 5 minutes from the beach you have access to all amenities: the crossroads market, cinema, shops, restaurants ...
You will not need your vehicle, although the rental includes an outdoor parking space. A balcony of 5 m2 will allow you to take your meals in the sun outdoors.
It has a fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso machine, a washing machine and a dryer.
Ideal for 2 to 4 people thanks to its bedroom with double bed and dressing room and a sofa bed upscale in the living room.
Finally, a bike room is at your disposal to enjoy the joys of ballads along the embankment.
Booking from Saturday to Saturday and for any request less than 3 nights, please contact us.

N..Y. à la Baule! Très bon Séjour.

Très bon séjour à la Baule. L’appartement est vraiment très bien agencé, tout le confort, refait à neuf, avec une belle déco N.Y. L’emplacement est idéal : à 5 min du marché, à 5 min de la plage, un local à vélo vient compléter le tout pour le bonheur de se déplacer à 2 roues. Une place de parking est également disponible ce qui n’est pas négligeable à la Baule. Côté cuisine, pas de manque constaté, tout le confort moderne. La petite cerise sur le gâteau, une télé connectée, une barre de son et un débit Internet, qui permet de regarder des films en streaming HD! Cela peut être utile, parfois avec la pluie Bauloise :-).
