Maison tout à fait adaptée pour des vacances en famille il y a tout le nécessaire dans la maison. Par contre il n'y a rien dans le village, il faut obligatoirement aller plus loin dans les villes de Narbonne Béziers ou autre pour la plage et les distractions.

Das Objekt war super! Wunderschönes Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles da, was man brauchte, angefangen in der Küche, dem tollen Außengrill, Waschmaschine, Trockner, jede Menge Gläser und Handtücher etc.Der Pool war zwei Wochen lang sauber, ohne dass wir irgendetwas machen mussten und wir waren oft drin :-).Die Kommunikation mit Jean-Charles lief super, unkompliziert, schnell und freundlich.Das einzig Blöde war, dass die Übersetzung der französischen Seite von fewo-direkt ins Deutsche nicht alle Informationen wiedergab, sodass wir am Ende des Urlaubs kurz irritiert waren. Das lag aber nicht in der Verantwortung von Jean-Charles und wir konnten es für alle zur Zufriedenheit klären.

Un propriétaire sympathique et disponible. Une maison parfaitement équipée et climatisée !Une très belle terrasse avec une pergola moderne et très efficace, donnant sur la piscine, ou comment passer une semaine de canicule de la manière la plus confortable qui soit tout en vivant dehors… merci Jean-Charles. PS : on a beaucoup aimé « La Nine »

Im Allgemeinen sehr entspannt. Betten gut und Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.Gute Tipps für Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erhalten.Freundliche Begrüssung. Gastgeber sehr verständnisvoll und unkompliziert.Lage: sehr ruhig, etwas abgelegen in Wohnquartier. Distanz zu Strand und Promenade ca. 1 Std. Grössere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur per Auto erreichbar ( 10 - 15 Automin.)Kommunikation nur in französisch möglich, englisch sehr schlecht.Spielplatz war nicht vorhanden, obwohl beschrieben. Trotz Meldung wurde Poollicht nicht repariert.

Des vacances réussies! La maison est plus grande qu’attendue, tout est très bien agencé. L’équipement est complet et offre un confort maximum. Super piscine au sel (sans chlore), nous avons passé d’excellents moments sur la terrasse. La villa se situe dans une rue très calme dans un village charmant. Présence d’une petite épicerie très pratique. Le propriétaire est sympathique et disponible. Nous recommandons cette villa pour des vacances en famille. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Ein wunderbares Ferienhaus mit Pool, das keine Wünsche offen lässt

Sehr zu empfehlende Ferienunterkunft, Grundstück uneinsehbar, Salzwasserpool, perfekte Ausstattung, Sonnenterrasse direkt am Pool, überdachter Freisitz als Bar nutzbar mit Plancha, Grill und Pizzasteinofen. Wir haben uns als 5+1-köpfige Familie in den vier (!) Schlafzimmern sehr wohl gefühlt, Wein beim Winzer um die Ecke direkt gekauft und viel frisch gekocht, gespielt, gelesen, geschwommen, uns unterhalten oder einfach die Seele baumeln lassen. Das Haus hat einen sehr hohen Standard, genügend Bade- und Handtücher - und einen extra Raum mit Waschmaschine, Trockner etc. Fernsehprogramm mit Netflix- und Amazon Prime-Zugang, WLAN vorhanden. Check-in problemlos, Jean-Charles hat uns persönlich empfangen und uns seine Hilfe angeboten, sollten wir irgendetwas brauchen. Er wollte auch noch einen Thermomix vorbeibringen, aber wir hatten unseren eigenen dabei😊. Zu empfehlende Ausflüge: Canal Du MIDI, Carcassonne, Narbonne. In Mailhac selbst ist nicht viel los.

Superbe maison avec piscine dans un bel endroit calme

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans la maison de Jean-Charles. Elle est super bien équipée et les photos reflètent la réalité. Sur place, nous avons reçu un dossier détaillé sur les excursions à faire dans les environs. Il faut souligner la grande piscine, la superbe terrasse ainsi que la cuisine d'été. Pour ceux qui aiment un endroit calme au milieu de la région viticole, c'est l'endroit idéal. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison. Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux et le bon séjour.

Belle et grande maison tout confort

Effet whoua, dès notre arrivée car les photos ne reflète pas la taille de la maison. Qu'il est agréablement d'être si bien accueilli dans un si bel endroit. Piscine au sel, sans entretien, super literies, rien n'est oublié pour le meilleur confort qui soit.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille, la maison est très bien agencée et super bien équipée, la cuisine d’été et la piscine vraiment au top. Jean-Charles est très réactif en cas de besoin, la communication avec lui est très facile, l’attention de bienvenue fait très plaisir aussi. Mailhac est un charmant petit village tranquille et il y a énormément à visiter aux alentours, gros coup de cœur pour Minerve. Bref, je recommande vivement cette villa pour des vacances réussies. J’y reviendrai.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Jean-Charles. Nous n’avons manqué de rien, nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison. Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants dont 2 enfants de 3 ans, la villa est adaptée à tous, des équipements de puériculture ainsi que des jouets ont été mis à disposition étaient appréciés par nos enfants. La villa est complètement équipée et pensée dans les moindres détails dont la propreté est irréprochable. De plus, nous vous conseillons de faire un petit tour dans le centre ville de Mailhac où tout le monde se dit bonjour avec le sourire. Petit village très calme et reposant, un vrai havre de paix. Un grand merci à Jean-Charles pour sa disponibilité et de son accueil. Nous le recommandons les yeux fermés !

Très belle villa!

Nous sommes arrivés à 2 familles et avons été très bien accueillis. La villa est superbe, mieux même que sur les photos du site (plus grand en vrai). Tout confort, bien équipée. Le propriétaire a même pris le soin de nous laisser à disposition des vélos, et des jeux de piscine pour enfant qui ont fort apprécié ! La cuisine extérieure est tout simplement au top: plancha, barbecue, four à pizza. La villa est située dans un lotissement calme, à l écart de la ville. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour en famille! Encore merci a Jean Charles pour son accueil et pour nous avoir prêté sa superbe villa!
