Beautiful remodeled 1 bedroom 1 bath condo direct on no drive new smyrna beach with ocean views and sounds from living room and extended balcony. Equipped with a queen pull out sofa bed (with foam mattress) for extra comfort. The open floor plan with full sized kitchen along with brand new appliances makes it perfect for entertaining and preparing meals. Spacious 1 bed 1 bath 2nd floor condo with amazing ocean views. Laundry just steps outside front door. Elevator is very close for those that choose to use. Brand new king size bed with comfortable gel foam topper. Beautiful views and of ocean, beach and pool. Keurig coffee maker, toaster over, double-sided refrigerator along with dishwasher. Two large flat screen TV's, and plenty of games for those rainy days. We include cable, private wifi, and netflix. This complex is clean with beautiful grounds and very well run. Ocean village plaza is directly across the street which provides , Grocery store, ice cream, nail salon, and breakfast & dinner restaurants...Publix is 1.5 miles towards downtown Flagler street area which has great restaurants and shopping as well.

Had a great time at Castle Reef. The room was just as described. Very clean, nicely decorated, with everything you could need for a beach vacation. For my next trip to New Smyrna Beach I will definitely check to see if this condo is available. Thanks for sharing your condo with us, it was awesome.

First time staying here! The condo was clean, homey, and comfortable. Owner provided a closet full of *anything* you’ll need for the beach, a huge plus. All the comforts of home in a beachy, comfortable setting. Location was excellent. Market across the street and quick delicious breakfast at C’s Waffles. We suggest: A quick walk down the beach to Chase’s offers a nice spot for casual beachfront lunch and dinner. Drive down to Flagler to Breakers (pink house) for amazing burgers, and Third Wave Cafe for dinner— A MUST (we went twice!) and visit Riley the new owner of Flagler Pizza- it’s NY style, and fantastic (I’m a Jersey girl, so I know). Just an overall relaxing, lovely stay in NSB. Owners really make you feel at home. Thank you, Stacey!

Mostly great time

Due to unforeseen circumstances, there were painters on property that had been delayed due to weather. Thus noise and not being able to use balcony at the condo for the most part kinda irritating. But overall, great stay.

This rental was just what we were looking for. Location,size,right on the beach this was just perfect. we wanted to check it out to see that it would fit our needs, it did so we extended for 2 more days. Stacy was a big help in that regard. we will look to stay again.

Quick stay in New Smyrna Beach

Very nice property, good location easy to get to… and to get to places we wanted to see . The kitchen was well stocked with pans, plates etc. The coffee drinker in our group appreciated the provided coffee pods. The weather was a bit cool and windy so we didn’t get to use pool or beach but they looked great. We would love to come back when it’s beach weather. We came for the Daytona 500 so we weren’t planning a beach vacation on this trip

Beautiful, updated and very roomy. I especially liked that there were two separate vanities even though it was a one bath. We each had plenty of space that way. Stacey had everything we needed, and then some. The view of the courtyard and the ocean from the unit were beautiful. I would definitely stay again.

New Year's Getaway

The condo unit is wonderful as is the location. It was clean and well stocked, close to things to do. There was only one negative. PLEASE NOTE: We were there for a week, New Year's 2025, and the condo complex had no steps to the beach. We booked the place 21 days prior to arrival and the host didn't tell us there were no steps, until the day before check in. We were told they had been washed away in the recent storm and she had hoped they would be replaced by the time of our visit. I feel like this should have been disclosed at the time of booking since it was only 21 days from our check in date. We made a last minute decision to take our bikes, but we found it too difficult to carry all our beach gear on the bikes, so we opted to drive and and pay the money to park. This also provided us with a restroom close by. Yes, the beach access is only a few complexes down, but too far for us to carry everything. The fact that the steps were washed away is certainly beyond the host's control, and I truly feel for beach towns hit by hurricanes. My irritation is that this was not disclosed to us in a timely manner. I know the importance of getting tourist dollars back to help rebuild the area. We ate out, shopped, and tried to give back to an area that has meant a lot of us over the years. We made the best of our trip and had fun, but unfortunately not having easy access to the beach did impede our enjoyment of the beach.

It’s the third time staying here so obviously we love it here. The place is on the beach, has everything one needs to feel at home. It’s affordable, on the beach, and very clean. Even though we didn’t need to contact the host, she has usually responded to questions in a timely manner. Great time was had here! Definitely will book it again.

Modern beautiful condo

This condo is just as advertised. Very up to date decor. Nice ocean view. Very clean. We felt at home here. Comfortable bed. The condo property is beautiful with wonderful well kept landscaping. So relaxing. Great pool. First time to New Smyrna Beach. We will be back.
