Very comfortable with outdoor kitchen and enclosed garden.

Un séjour au top, la maison est parfaite, nous avons y avons séjourné avec 2 enfants de 1 an et demi et 8. Il y a tout ce qu il faut pour un bébé. La maison est grande et possède une belle piscine que nous avons apprécié. Le propriétaire est là pour répondre aux questions il est très discret. Nous recommandons. Merci

Maison agréable Très belle piscine et joli extérieur. La clim est uniquement dans la pièce à vivre. Le ménage n'est pas géré par une société de nettoyage.

Proper huis met alle voorzieningen in rustige woonwijk in nabijheid van strand en stad (Perpignan). Ideaal als uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes richting strand met het gezin of richting bergen voor wandelingen.

Vacances en toute quiétude dans une magnifique propriété a 5 minutes de Perpignan

Cette propriété est localisée a 5-10 min du centre de Perpignan en voiture dans un quartier résidentiel très calme a Saint Estève; pas de bruit la nuit. L'intérieur de la maison présente une architecture assez particulière, tout en restant très jolie et fonctionnelle, avec un grand salon décoré avec gout et rattaché a la cuisine. A l'arrière de la maison il y a la terrasse avec une magnifique et grande piscine ou nous avons passe la plupart de notre temps. Pas grand chose a dire de plus: nous avons passé 2 semaines fantastiques en famille avec 2 enfants (et 1 chat). Le propriétaire est très agréable et discret, et sera toujours a l'écoute pour vous dépanner. Je recommande fortement.
